ItŌĆÖs always my honest wish for everyone to get something positive out of the day. It is a very brave and daunting task to enter the ring especially for young children. Well done to all and I hope everyone can improve from the experience.
Interclubs are hard to match perfectly with so many weight, age and experience variables. Sometimes you come out on top and sometimes you donŌĆÖt but it truly is t...he testing experiences that you learn most from.

... Our circuit training class will now be at the earlier time of 9.15am with Ellis Barboza and Liam Mcgrandles.
Wednesday circuit will return to a later time of 6.30pm.
Wednesday yoga will evolve into a Dynamic Yoga class focusing on stretching and mobility and last 30 minutes. Rejuvenate and recover after a hard circuit training session.
