It is ideal for families, couples and small groups, offering a blend of quality time and access to Welsh activities and culture. The Grade II listed property has been lovingly renovated and retains many of its distinctive features, combining the best of traditional materials and craftsmanship with new technologies. The result oozes history, quality and comfort. Each room in the house has been individually and carefully designed taking into account its past, character and function.

Like cider? Then visit Rosie's Triple D cider during your stay. A nice circular car tour would be out to Rosie’s on the A5104, make your tasty purchases and then over the Horse Shoe Pass, taking in the views at the The Ponderosa and back down into Llangollen, where a lovely drink or meal can be had The Corn Mill opposite Llangollen Railway.

Had lunch at Ty Glas today. A little gem of a place at the end of town, service was friendly and my lunch was very tasty, love how it’s a little different, offering cold plates at present, based on summer. Even a continental style brunch is available I believe. For those getting off the train at Corwen East railway station, passing through or staying nearby it’s well worth seeking out. Tea in a porcelain cup as well:-

We have just returned from a week's stay in this fantastic cottage. Cannot recommend it highly enough. It has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Caroline is very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. Book it now!!
We had a wonderful family holiday here. The owners were very helpful and the accommodation was the best we have ever stayed in when self-catering. Rooms were all of a lovely size and beautifully decorated with such comfortable beds. The history of the place made it very special indeed. We loved the area and found so much to do within a short drive. Corwen itself was well worth exploring too.
We had a New Year break in this house. It is really beautiful and we had an amazing stay! We highly recommend. It has been finished to a really high standard and we had a brilliant holiday here seeing in the New Year! Our comments from the guest book have also been published on the facebook page.

Visited Corwen Old Police station as a Bed and Breakfast guest. The accommodation is top class. Very warm welcome certainly appreciated on a late arrival Friday night and after days on the water. Excellent!

Stayed here last week for 3 nights. Lovely house. Very high standard of decor, whilst retaining the original features of the police cells. We found it to be a great base for the activities that we booked. White water rafting, mountain biking and zip lining. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks.
Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my family .... what a fantastic place .. lovely decor ... and amazingly comfortable beds! Caroline, the owner, made us really welcome and delivered us a fantastic breakfast ... I'd recommend the place to anybody wanting a group weekend away ... sleeps 8 ... It'd be a great place to meet up with friends ... the lounge area is fab for just kicking back and relaxing! ... and you've got pubs and restaurants nearby if you need them ... but not sure you'll want to drag yourselves away!!
Lovely weekend in COPS! Beautiful conversion job. Good high end finish and excellent bathrooms. Comfy beds. House spotlessly clean and kitchen very well equipped.

Corwen Old Police Station is an outstanding place to stay! Owner Caroline Ellison has done a fantastic job of renovating the place, preserving many unique and interesting features of the old jail while upgrading the construction and adding many features for comfort and convenience! We would definitely return to the Corwen Old Police Station if we return to Wales. It's location in Wales is convenient to LLangollen and it's many activities, especially with the restoration of the old steam railroad which is just out the door and delivers you to the center of LLangollen in less than an hour. There is also constant bus service between the two towns. Corwen is only 30 minutes away from Betws Y Coed, a town at the doorway to Snowdonia National Park. This is great vacation country!!
