I look at walls in my house wondering if I should do a handstand against them. I walk past lampposts wanting to climb them. I have epic unsightly bruises and show them off with utter pride. I have never written a review on FB before but I feel compelled to now! Cosmic....what have you done to me?!



At 32 years old, this is a new sport for me which I ventured into nervously alone three months ago and I've loved it since class 1. Laura and Tara are both brilliant instructors as they're super welcoming and make the classes fun. They're the sort of teachers that make you want to achieve for them and for yourself. Even the classes where I feel useless, I still feel encouraged and like I've had a damn good workout, and on the weeks where I master the moves, I feel like some sort of Tinkerbell goddess!

All the Cosmic regulars make it a pleasure to attend as everyone is so friendly and positive. It's amazing value and I can really see the progress I've made already. Awesome place, it deserves every success and I really can't enthuse enough. <3

Had an amazing class at Cosmic yesterday!!!!! It was lots of fun, a great work out and Laura is a fab teacher. I will definitely be coming back ’┐Į

First proper lesson tonight and I canŌĆÖt thank laura enough for her support and encouragement whilst pushing myself well out of my comfort zone! Great atmosphere and a fab way to get fit!!! Will definitely back again next week! Xx
