We have managed to arrange a starter session for Kirkby La Thorpe primary school on Monday 16th July, 10.30am. 🙂

My daughter had her 8th birthday party there today and it was brilliant.. Can't fault anything. The staff were so helpful especially the lady who did the party. The food was lovely all kids loved it and the cupcakes. Will definitely be coming back to have a party there thank you very much :)

Just had my little girls 2nd birthday party at Crazee Bongo's and it was fantastic! The staff were all brilliant- really helpful and friendly when planning the party and running it on the day!! All the kids (aged 1-7) had a great time on all the play equipment and enjoyed their teas too! Thanks to everyone at Crazee Bongos for a great afternoon

Had my daughter Elsie’s third birthday party here on 10/12/17 and couldn’t have asked for a better day. We normally have her party at another soft play centre but thought we would

try elsewhere - definitely the right choice.

Lovely staff, great food quality and quantity, excellent party room and a fair amount of time on the plat equipment.

Would definitely recommend Maisie as a party host, after reading the mixed reviews about “the place being run by teenagers” I was worried, however Maisie was fantastic. Introduced herself, explained the party, excellent service when in the party room, exceptionally helpful and most of all made my daughter feel special by forming a close bond with her in the two hours she spent hosting our party - you’re a credit to the team!

Fantastic place, yes could do with a bit of a refurb but that isn't going to be cheap and doesn't take away the fact my kids love it there!



It's them that enjoy the place so as long as they are happy I am happy! Prices are good and food is lovely! Defo worth the travel from Grantham!

Went today my son loves the place and the food was ok bit dry chicken in the burger bar that was ok and toilet need a lick of paint and deep cleaning.

My daughter loves going to crazy bongos and the facility's are fab!! The only down side id say is there's not much policing to stop

The bigger kids playing in the baby/toddler side. Having a child with a disability this is quite worrying when the bigger kids are running around and throwing the soft toys about in the baby/toddler bit.

Visited yesterday for the first time drove from Bourne as let's play in Bourne is filthy . My 3 year old loved it but I didn't think it was very clean at all and there were quite a good number of dirty tables I appreciate it was a Saturday afternoon and was busy however it should be cleaned during the day as well.

The actual play area is ok, children loved it. We decided to have food. Daughters panini although tasted ok, found 3 hairs . To be fair they did refund the cost . But while waiting I could see into the kitchen and a young lad ( don't know if he made any of the food) scratch the back of his head with both hands.

I will bring grandchildren to play again but won't be eating there again.

Such a shame that the entrance and food counter are not better organised. Also the wrong coffee solution it just slows down service for the sake of ok coffee.

It's ok in terms of play facilities. The toilets aren't checked regularly by staff and water (and what I hope is just water) all over the floor, paper towels all over the floor wet. I appreciate its not the staff making the mess and people should be more respectful and supervising their children better but I did bring it up with one member of staff just to let them know and it still wasn't cleaned up and it is their responsibility. Also I wasn't impressed with the food. I ordered a panini and just on one half I found three very dark hairs. Took back to the counter and asked for a refund which was given but not much apology and looking through to the kitchen from the paying could see the chef stood in the kitchen itching his head etc etc and no attempt to wash his hands before carrying on what he was doing. I would come back for the play facilities but I would not buy food for my family again

I agree with the previous in regards to it requiring a deep clean, there is dust everywhere and there are areas that are in need of repair, we arrived as it opened and there were dirty tables and highchairs, not what I'd expect upon opening! There needs to be a gate or something to stop children getting behind the counter and service could be sped up a bit. There has been a known issue with the ride on car eating cash but it still doesn't seem to of been resolved. It is a great facility and my child loves it I just hope these issues are rectified soon.

Food very poor quality. Lack of individuality when it came to clients etc. It's not a bad place to visit though, my niece and nephew loved it! Just a shame these two things weren't improved.

Today me my friend and 2 boys visited. We wasn’t very impressed at all. You was very under staffed for how busy the place was and the place was filthy! When we arrived there was someone booking people in and trying to take food orders at the same time with a long line of people waiting. When we managed to get a table, no one came over to clean the table from the previous people who was sat there! I had to go and ask for someone to come and clean it all up, they was wasps swarming over all the old food on the table! There was children walking in and out of the gate that is supposed to be locked! I won’t be returning any time soon!

Which you don't expect when they have just opened then when we sat down table was dirty. Cleaned myself with babywipes. The play area needs a good deep clean and repairs doing. Won't be hurrying back.

The music was turned off, hoovers being used and bathrooms bleached down so much as to make them unusable at 5.20ish. I appreciate the cleaning has to be done, but not at the detriment of paid playtime.

Paid for a birthday party. Please don't waste your money. It was filthy, unorganised and they ruined the birthday cake. Poor customer service and they lie!!!! They cram so many tables and chairs in, that you have no room to move. Health and safety would have a fit!!!

Party host wasn't informed of details she had to keep asking me, party room table had some sort of powder all over it hadn't been cleaned!!! When I spoke to manager she said oh we have had a lot of party's today errrr I don't care that is no excuse she didn't even care that she had ruined our whole experience of my daughters 1st party very rude and disorganized not crazy bongos lazy bongos I will not be returning!
