My grandson loved his birthday ice cream the ladys behind the counter were lovely and once they knew it was littlw man's birthday. He got a cookie monster cup cake FREE as well. He had fun lots of smiles. It wasn't packed while in there and the staff were very nice and accomadating

User

I thought it was amazing waffles was the best I've ever had it wasn't busy so service was fast and good on my visit I can't complain

User

BEST WAFFLES EVER! I didn't really like waffles until I went to Creams, I take all my friends and family there when they come to visit and I couldn't fault it! Everything is so delicious, and it has glittery wallpaper! I experimented with my own waffle topping flavours, the best has to be white chocolate sprinkles with caramel sauce and chai latte ice cream, A.M.A.ZING!

User

So the food and tea is amazing but the furniture is a bit old and it doesnt look 100% hygienic... But the dessert are amazing and even the tea and the ice as well, I had a fruit bubble waffle and tried as well the nutella crepes really nice, place to go for desserts

User

My son thought he was in heaven. The staff were really friendly. But only issue is loads of staff wandering around but a big queue on till. Might be better to do table service or at least train people on new systems out of hours. Good concept though yum !

User

Thought it would be better. Do not understand the need for so much staff when we have to get up to get our own cutlery and order at the counter, all the staff is there to do is to bring us the desserts which this was done by the girl at the counter who we ordered from. Think a lot of improvements can be done to this place apart from that my dessert was awesome but have definatelt eaten at better places

User

The food is great and the serving staff try their best. There is one guy who is incredibly rude and is clearly a manager of some sort.

He yanked a menu from under my arm and kept putting large groups onto tiny tables - we had 4 people on a 2 people table, and saw them try to put 7 people onto a 2 person table!!

The other staff tried but he bullied them into being rude - get rid of him and it would be a lot better.

User

Worst experience ever. Took my kids and husband for birthday ice cream. Order was wrong, no apology, tried to blame it on me. Then one ice cream inedible. Waitress just shrugged. I asked for manager. He told me he knew the ice cream was disgusting but they'd been told to keep selling it! Offered us a replacement, 'on the house'. Only problem was he seemed to think this meant we had to pay for it.

Wrote to complain, after a month, I finally got a response and an offer of a goodwill gesture of a £20 voucher. Except they haven't sent it.

This place couldn't be worse if it tried. Please, please avoid.

User

We called into Creams on Sunday evening and was shown to the table by a staff member. Ordering the food was very slow but eventually achieved.

We ordered three deserts and tea, the food was very slow coming out but still arrived before my tea which I chased a couple of times.

Mid meal we were shocked to be asked to move to another table to make way for a larger group. Firstly never in my life have I been asked to move mid meal, secondly the request did not come with as much as a please but with more of an expectant tone.

We decided to leave rather than be moved leading to one of our deserts going to waste.

The food was good, customer care sucked !!!!

User

This place deserves no stars!!!! Firstly the manager is sickening who cant even train his own staff into delivering the right orders 2 the right tables! Ur mistake ruined my god daughters bday!! Tried not 2 serve me my sons ice creams despite having all the proof of purchase never have i had 2 argue with a manger l. As far as im aware a manger should be training his staff well and trying to diffuse a situation. They then tried to rob us blind making us pay for things we had already payed for!! Makes me laugh how you would give a woman her money back but as soon as a man stepped up the money was back within seconds.

User

There was only four members of staff working there one as a janitor/washer and there is only one toilet to be shared between men and women they needed more staff because of too many people is walking in and not for eating at creams but just see friends and get in the way of people of people who was eating there

Plus one of the five people I was eating with had hair in the desert apple crumble

I think this place needs more staff and order and some sort of ranks in order to organise the staff because it was just a total mess

User

Poor service, staff is very unprofessional. There were no spones, had to eat my ice cream with a fork. Food wasn’t that grate the second time. I won’t recommend.

User

Poor service, staff answer their mobile instead of serving.

Was told no table even though plenty of empty ones.

Told excessive waiting time, they were not that busy.

Will not be going back and will not recommend.

Worse service I 've ever experienced,

Me and my partner came to Creams, Brixton to get desert on a wonderful evening. We ordered two crepes with toppings. From when i walked in the assistant at the till was rude and sarcastic. As a person that doesn't visit these type of places all the time im quite indecisive. To sum this up she should of made my creams experience more enjoyable by suggesting something or what do I feel like having (more engaging!!). However, we witnessed one of the workers take a crepe from the fridge and warmed it up for us to eat!! I mean I'm sure food should be made fresh in any establishment also what about health & safety! We asked a waitress if we could have ours made fresh and she gladly raised our concerns. When we got our desserts the presentation was appalling it looked like something that you could of made at home. It was chucked in a kebab type take away box with melted whip cream on it, what the hell! ! For all we know it could be something else. For such a well known franchise that is appalling work! My partner was not happy so we took our desserts back and she expressed her concerns to the manager. Now I can't express how important it is for a manager to have exceptional customer service . The manager there was rude he grabbed the box from my partners hand and took cash out the till (when I payed by card) and told us to get out the shop. That infuriated me to the point that my partner had to calm me down. I had to tell him how to deal with unhappy

customers. For someone that works for major company myself I could never talk to a customer like that. To be honest I think the directors need to pay Brixton creams a visit and have a word about the managers service. The teams attitude starts from the front (leader) and he's not being a good example. I will not be visiting there again!! Creams Dalston presents you with exceptional service maybe a leaf out of their books should be on the cards.. Just saying!!

User

It was the first and the last visit in that shop. The "welcoming" was missing and we received dirty and half ripped menus, but only after we asked for them. The table was dirty, as well as the floor. Ordering at the counter was one of the rudest experiences I have had so far. Food came quickly, but the plates were sticky and there was syrup and other old ingredients on the plate that weren't part of the ordered dessert. The napkins and cutlery were also used and unwashed! The desserts were made with the wrong ingredients or even entirely left out. Complaint management was non-existent as the "manager" was absolutely dismissive. An overall disappointing turnout to a visit I had looked forward to for some time.

User

If i could i'll give 0 star. Dont go eat there, go to wood green there is one way more better clean and really lovely staff. Those one they are the most disrespectful staff including manager i ever meet.I got stolen my money . I paid my order , just after paying one of the guy told me that was an issue then i had to do my order again. The order was more expensive than the previous so i decide to leave cause they didnt wanted to do something. Once arrive at home i saw on my account that the first payment went through. So i tried to come back and get my refund. But its look like that the STORE MANAGER a girl, didnt wanted to do any effort to help me.she told me that i had to check with my bank and start to laugh on me. She is store manager but she really dont know how to treat customers. And they are lucky i havent destroy the shop yet. But a court case is on a way for them. Cause this is unacceptable. If anyone read this comment and know detail from the big big boss of the company please help me and give me any detail to contact him thanks.

User

I've never seen a place so untidy and disorganized. A lady who looked like the manager with her hair lose in the food prep area while a waitress was tidying her ponytail in the food prep area as well. Too many people behind the counter and no one in the front of the house. Chaotic, messy, dirty. We had to wait about 10 minutes just to be seated, another 15 min to order and more 20 for the ice cream to come. The ice cream is good but it's not worth the hassle, honestly. It's better to have a toffee sundae at McDonalds than going to this place again.

User

Disgrace and awful service ordered tropical paradise, after waiting for 30 min my tropical turn up plain with only sundae without any fruits. wen asked the the excuse was that the fruits would fall from glass

Avoid this place!!!!!!!

New management is needed for this place

User

Currently having such poor customer service. Ordered via Deliveroo and I didn't get half my order. I tried calling, they answer, said hold and I'm been listening to them serve customers for around 45 minutes now. They even hanged up. I've been saying hello and nothing. I can actually hear the doing in-house and takeaway orders. LOOOL, it's ridiculous.
