Visited place with kids for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Food was delicious, place tidy and very retro

Really nice ice cream and waffles. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside !!! Must try. Awesome ambience too.

Ordered two different sundaes, when they arrived they were almost identical. The ice cream is very average, the chocolate tasted almost of nothing. A tub from the supermarket is better value. Shan't be going back.

We went today and once we paid we waited 20 minutes for our order and the kids were getting restless. The place was not that busy there was only two member of staff was busy looking at a mobile and chatting with each other.. Not very good customer service.

We came in at 10.34pm and the waitress gave us a table and told us to order at the till, we were just seated when she camed back and said that was takeaway only, if they close at 11pm, half an hour wasnt enough time to make an waffle?!! Well, probably NO, for the quality of the staff they have there, once again they just show their qualities.

Please do not order from the delivery service. Ordered £40 of food at 7.30pm and at 9.45pm, Creams are claiming they delivered it. We did not receive it. Awful service. Will update should we receive a refund.

Not very impressed as plates was dirty we had to wait a long time over 30mins, for food however once it finally came the sundae was good waffle good and pancake was alright, but very disappointed as when you first enter again you don’t know wether to sit down or queue I’m very disappointed on the waitress who had no idea what food was or called, very bad customer service. I don’t think I’ll be going back ....

If I could give it 0 star I would... service is useless, food is never delivered correctly, I have advised UberEats and Deliveroo not to deliver because they will get a bad reputation very quickly.

I will never go there again, I would love to see the manager, they obviously work SOOO hard!

I went to Cream's with my wife and my 3 year old. We asked for two different ice-creams (one for me, one for my son) and a cookie dough. After a really long time the cookie dough arrived first. We asked if we could have the ice-cream for my son as he was getting upset. They said to us that it was due to the fact that when the deserts are ready they directly send it to the table, and it was written on the menu (no apology of any sort)... So, could somebody explain to me in which world it is faster to make a cookie dough than one scoop of ice-cream??? After that my wife started to have a nut reaction (she is allergic). We asked the staff if there are nuts in the dessert they said no and challenged my wife, stating that legally any restraurant that serve nuts, will have traces!!! 40mins later I still didn't have my ice-cream so I asked for the refund of my ice-cream that never arrived...

I just waited 20 minutes for 2 ice cream �! No comment!

I have had a very bad experience , i went out with some of my friends, it wasn't very busy ,we sat on the table for a few min then one of our friend went at the till to order and apparently waitress Andreea came and without apologies she told us that we have to move to another table as that table was occupied by a few guys witch were smoking outside , she told us that she suposed to be at the entrance and put us at the table but because she was alone she couldn't do that, apparently there were 4 ladys 2 of them was serving, she asks us in a rud way who gave us the menu as we souldn't have one but we took it from the till, then after we moved she was having a chat with the other like she asks her colleague to come with the order, very disapointed expirience with only 4 tables busy, i wonder how was she going to talk in a very busy time, not recommended

The service was appalling on our last visit.

I can't believe how badly trained some of the staff are.

Please do something to improve or you'll end up shutting.

An hour and a half for a waffle. Really?

I have one star because I had to in order to write the review.



Staff cannot handle with orders demand. Customers have to fight to be in a queue with uber delivery, menu is not clear and staff are not properly trained to deal with customers. Not to mention the overly priced items that are not that worthy in comparison to what you get.

Every order I make they manage to mess up!! Just ordered a milkshake only to find blended bits of plastic in it. So disgusting had to chuck the whole thing away.
