Took my daughter there to celebrate � her last exam and we all loved it there. There waffles are to die for and there ice cream- well there’s no words to describe it. Mouth watering desserts �

The desserts were nice Got served did not have to wait long will go back again

I went yesterday with my 2 daughters and their 2 friends. We were seated promptly and was explained there is a 20-25 min wait for the orders to arrive as they were extremely busy. We ordered and surprisingly the order was here in less than 15 minutes. The new menu is really good, kids loved it and I had the best cookie dough ice cream of my life. Hot Oreo Heaven is the one to try, can't recommend it enough.

Attended creams on a Saturday afternoon when it’s at its busiest, I was acknowledged and seated straight away, we placed our order and it was a 10 minute for our deserts which was fantastic considering how busy it was.

Staff were great and on the ball.

It was very busy but the staff were all very pleasant and I can appreciate they were trying really hard despite the pressure they were under. It's New, so I'm not surprised with a few hiccups But overall experience was good. As they find their feet I am sure it will be a very successful place. The menu was good, a lot on offer. I can't fault the staff, some customers were ridiculously rude and I was glad to see the staff were not phased by it. I would definetly go again.

Good family place, good choices, staff not familiar with products but with the time they get used to it. I understand them well because I’ve done the same job long ago. This nice waiter brought our creams put on table and turned to go, I asked excuse me how are we supposed to know which one is which, there I saw he was bit confused. Give them about 1 or 2 months and great place to go.

Very good service but there was only one waiter who was serving customers that were at the door waiting to be given a table, wiping and cleaning tables, locating people to their tables and serving food. Also, this member of staff in particular was quite rude and leant across all of us to wipe the table when there was clear space on the aisle and he was rushing a lot and was unorganised. Other than that, very good food but could be quicker to come as we saw our desserts ready at the service window for over ten minutes! More members of staff are definitely needed

I when about 430pm and they run out of brownies which was a shame as that all i eat from there end up have hot cholate not goood if you close at 11 pm

Very dirty. Couldn't even hold the menus as they were so dirty. Seats were filthy. I don't see What the fuss is all about. Ice cream was just like a basic ice cream. I've had better from Morrisons

The only thing that arrived was the apple waffle. (This was stodgy but tasty. Good ice cream but custard and on a waffle??????). The rest of the table are still waiting...,,,, no milkshakes or coffee arrived. Half an hour later after lots of complaints which fell on deaf and incompetent ears they told us that nobody was working that section. There were waffle workers but no milk shake makers. We got our money refunded. We were very disgruntled and left as other customers were queuing to complain. Good luck but this place won’t last as the management are incompetent.

Ordered White Choc kiss (waffle) with vanilla soft, and what they do they give vanilla ice cream instead and after telling them that this is what not I ordered they told me this is what vanilla soft is and gave it back to me. Bare in mind that I had ordered 2 more before ordering my waffle, both of them with vanilla soft and the waffles were served with vanilla soft.

Ah and yes we waited more than 15 min for the waffles.

Do not recommend and I don’t think I will be going there again.

absolutely horrendous service, staff seemed totally incompetent literally wondering around with plates of food asking EVERY table if they'd ordered it. It wasn't even busy at the time i'd say about 40% full. Waited almost an hour for my order, had to go to the counter after 30 mins to ask about my order after being brought the wrong dessert 3 times. There were around 5-6 members of staff behind the counter who started faffing around about the missing order and left me standing there wondering what to do. I had my child sat alone at our table so I decided to go back to my table still none the wiser about what had happened with my order. A further 10 mins and I finally received my order, by this time my 1 hour parking was running out so I had to rush through my waffle, can't really comment about the taste because I ate it so fast I can't recall what I'd eaten!

Worst place ever!

Just wasted an hour!

30 mins for a simple drink to not arrive

Employ more people! You've obviously got way too many covers with the number of people you have

Should have listened!

Went to Creams last night 7.1.18. Waited a good 20 minutes to be seated, was a bit busy. Our desserts took sometime to come. One staff member in particular was extremely rude and had a stinking attitude, when my fiancé asked where a dessert was and how long it would be. I did mention quietly to another staff member of the rudeness of the other staff member. No apology for being rude or the wait for the dessert. Not sure if we would go here again. Staff member in particular needs to learn how to treat customers and not be rude. This will not make customers want to come back. Yummy dessert, shame about the staff member who was extremely rude.

Shop was filthy ,staff rude and looked like tramps . long wait for ice cream . then charged £1.50 for a can of cream soda .we then stated that the can had 39p on the can so that's wat we should pay refund was given . will not be going back

Ordered and paid for the Salted caramel pancake. Got cheap Mr Whippy vanilla ice cream in a pot. Pointed it out to an assistant who argued the sauce was salted caramel. I showed him his menu so he ungraciously said I could have salted caramel ice cream if I wanted it! That's what I ordered and paid For!! No apology!

Wouldn't go there again.

I wait on the till no body come to serve me the girls where chatting in the room near the till and looking to us they don’t care poor Coustmer service I will never return and I didn’t buy any thing l left

To start of, it takes a lot for me to spend time on giving feedback and I would rather be involved in a positive recognition, then a complaint.

Our visit yesterday, and observations:

1. Disorganised. When you are walking in the first impression is that something is on fire as the staff behind the bar is all over the place. You can see 6 or 7 people in total but no one is there to greet you and take your order. Everyone seems to be mysteriously busy. But i am the first time customer. Be nice to have someone to greet amd present a table.

2. Table and housekeeping. Initialy we went to the back of the bar, but there seemed to be a group of black boys with starbucks coffess and lucozades on the table- you must have hired them for local gang violence protection. They just sat there with no orders whatsover and did not give too friendly impression. I get it.

So we moved and occupied large lounge table closer to the bar. We did not need that size but hey, better away from the obvious troublemakers. Anyway, nobody cared what we do. So now we found the table, it was time to pull out wet wipes and clean the table. I went up to the bar and said excuse me twice but all the staff is clearly too busy serving/preparing takeaways. No response, so i grabbed a pile of your dark tissues and helped my wife to clean the table to the end. And few crumbles

of the seat....

3. Order - we were celebrating what we call in Poland a Childrens Day- its big. As big as mothers day here. So we made orders. Against my usual instinct, as i dont like to cause trouble, i decided to design my own waffle. I made the list of what i would like and gave it to my wife who was eager to make an order. She invited me and my son. So the orders came. First it was my sons, and after few minutes two others arrived. Without looking or checking we began to eat. My one became sickly soon and wife said that mine does not resemble the order. She pulled out the notepad and indeed- my was covered in what appeared a tub of nutella which i never ordered. Did not have a whipped cream as i ordered. Nutella sauce covered all the white chocolate sauce that i selected. Half way through i decided to stop. Went we raised the issue with the man who appeared to be an owner ( he walked in with a bag of shopping earlier on and went from outside straight behind the bar) he refused to accept that the order was messed up because: if you taken one bit of it i would accept. Thank you for this lesson. I should have been complaining from the start but it is so much not in my nature. So i proceeded with this dessert despite clear mistakes being made and then the manager made me realise that i must be ordinary cheat who wanted the money back.... great day...we decided that there are other places like creams but we are not going back to Creams Edgware. Is too much work.

So i proceeded with this dessert despite clear mistakes being made and then the manager made me realise that i must be ordinary cheat who wanted the money back.... great day...we decided that there are other places like creams but we are not going back to Creams Edgware.
