The layout is amazing compared to some I’ve seen and the hot Oreo heaven was amazing. Service was fantastic everyone where so helpful and service was very quick and Even had the manager come and ask how we were and how the milkshakes and ice creams are. Great creams food as always but def best experience ever! With so many places to eat close by this was needed and did not disappoint. #5starservice

Superb layout, the place looks amazing!!! staff were very friendly and couldn’t do more for you, had young children with us and attention was even given to them and their needs. The desserts, well they speak for themselves, we will be back time and time again. Keep up the great work guys x

Staff are very friendly and smiley. The cookie dough and ice cream was lovely. My kids really enjoyed there desserts too they was just happy there was a slush machine. Creams was also very clean and tidy I would Defo visit again 👍🏽

Nice deserts, we smashed through 2 chocolate waffles, crepes, kinda beuno cookie dough and a bubble waffle with 3 scoops of ice cream, milkshake and a slush puppie and still wanted more!



Great service, good food!!!

I went to the newly opened Creams in Beckton and had a waffle, Nutella and strawberries - it tasted amazingballs. There’s a McDonalds, KFC, Dominos and Subway next door, so this is going to be the place to go to satisfy your sweet tooth, especially if like me you are fed up eating a McFlurry.

Had such an amazing time in the new look Creams Beckton. Clever secret opening today and the new Team did an amazing job in a packed house!

Greeted and shown to our table within minutes and the desserts were lush! Loving the decor in the place!

Great branch.. very welcoming and front of house welcoming from Renata was very nice, good conversation, explained the menu and process very nicely and took us to our table and made time for us. The food was great, and great location.

First time visiting this branch of creams as used to go one in south London and I wasn’t disappointed. My other half and children were very happy with their orders. Think it’s goig to become a regular thing

Amazing place and amazing people.

Excellent range of deserts just a shame the customer service is terrible (had to ask 3 different members of staff for a spoon and it still didn't turn up in the end)

Ordered 4 deserts came up ok but the drinks we had to go and remind them as we had nearly finished the ice cream, went to the till to get the drinks got back to the table and they were very warm ,took them back to be told no cold drinks and would we like some ice and glasses ,paid £5 for 2 small cokes I max and 1 normal , 27degrees out side who wants a warm coke on a hot day, 1st and last time using this place

Worse experience ever. Cutlery came late after the desserts was put on the table so Ice cream end up melting. Got my order wrong 3 time and no apology. Waffles were undercooked and you would think place was busy for all the mix up but No. Also didn't get my extra topping was so disappointed that I couldn't even bother with the refund. The first guy who served us was nice enough but the rest of the staff seriously need to undertake some training. There were other customers waiting long for the simplest order. Flies all over the store so will have a odd fly land on your plate (nasty). Even the cutleries had the worse water mark stain a little drying will go a long way. Thumbs down!!

Visited on two occasions with some friends (table of 4) and both times the service was disappointing. On the first visit we had to wait for almost an hour to get a milkshake (after asking about it at least 2 times - both times we got told another 5-10 minutes). On the second visit we found a hair in the cookie dough plate and they forgot to make a waffle that we ordered. After half an hour we asked the staff about it and they wanted to see the receipt to prove that we purchased a waffle and only then they started making it. By the time it got to us, everyone has already finished their food and drinks. The food is actually really good, but the service just ruins it for me.

Sorry to say I was very disappointed with my experience of Creams Beckton, 7:30pm Monday 6 August. Waited 45 minuets for our order to be completed, when it did arrive was too soft, could have been drunk through a straw. Staff seem to be overwhelmed by a busy service. Following our complaint, the manager indicated that there had been a communication issue....No apology.

Not rushing back.

Products what they sell is nice but If you have to wait for take away order 30 min for ice cream and shake, it’s just big disappointment to come for first time and see such a mess...no time management staff members walking around and no one taking action to proceed the orders .... disrespectful!!! No more again!!!

Granted you are busy, but the experience that we had today was really bad. 10mins to get a table for 4 whilst the queue was out of the building. When we got seated I had to join that same queue to place an order, took another 30mins. We received the order separately which took 35mins, where my family members had finished before I even got my dessert!! On top of that, they serve you the desserts without cutlery and when asked staff replied with “it’s self service” How are we suppose to know when it’s not mentioned anywhere and why have the cutlery behind the counter?? Although the desserts were nice but overall, very bad experience!! I’ve had better experience in a more busier environment.

Arrived to every table dirty filled with tables. No body greeted us at front of house and we then had to wait almost 30 minutes for our order of two milkshakes and 2 kids icecreams. The food preparation area was messy and not very hygienic at all.

I won't be returning!
