Went there yesterday and the staff were all very polite, the service was fast and the desserts were delicious! Could not have asked for anything more. The staff checked back to ask if we'd like anything else.



I've been a couple of times in the past and the service has been awful - rude staff, slow waiting times. It seems that most of the staff has since changed. The desserts are pricey, but overall they have clearly turned it around and upped their game! I would go back.

Never been before.. wasn't asked if we knew how to order and it wasn't obvious. I had to ask if we remain seated or go to the counter... The girl taking orders clearly wasn't happy with her job - very grumpy and looked very impatient with my lack of knowledge about their ordering process - completely unhelpful and moody. I was not impressed with her attitude and lack of customer relation skills.

On a plus note the banoffee waffle was very nice, and my 7yr old enjoyed his custom strawberry sundae



..... I think next time he gets an ice cream treat, we will go a few door down to the big waffle garage instead... Might get service with a smile there instead of service with a sneer

Considering how empty it was on Sunday 13th August we had to wait to be seated. We were given a menu and told to order at the counter. Staff spent more time worrying about themselves than customers. Cannot fault the food. I can however state that there are too many youngsters working there and it needs some senior management. Customer service and interaction lets it down. In short there were 6 people at most dining but still had to wait to be seated and to order at the counter.

Always a little Wait but that to me is the lack of staff in the place one poor girl was up and down like a blue ass fly bless her she was seating people cleaning tables delivering ur food to table if there was someone cleaning the tables there would not be such a Wait same most places run on as least people as possible

The staff were slow..I was left with two kids to wait by the door when there were tables free, no one quick to guide you in or greet. Table service fast but some orders where wrong waited for different bits at different times. Mine didn't have ice cream that I ordered. Staff friendly just slow and not forthcoming.. rubbish with eggshells left outside the disabled toilets.. not great I won't go back.

Food was good, service was good from the one lady doing EVERYTHING this side of the counter. But 15 mins waiting time because one staff member (manager?) took up a booth all to herself to do her paperwork. Edit - One of our party just found a hair in hers but was offered a refund for hers immediately (although no apology from the team leader who issued the refund). I think usually seeing a hair in someone's food would have put me off but I was half way through already and it was pretty good.. probably, partly due to the wait.

Very poor customer service,staff just ignoring customers.. Me and my husband wait next to the till.. and no one want even try to help.. or to ask if we would like to order.. they just chat in front of us.

Second thing... we're looked which ice cream we want to buy.. and my husband found hair on the ice cream.. he said to staff.. and they're just look at him.. (we even have picture of that)

To be honest I wouldn't even give one star! Service is appalling and they have no training in customer service at all! Staff are always mucking around and not interested in doing their jobs! They never make the waffles properly and just try and do you off by saving ingredients. When we complained the manager said we have been told to put only a little bit on. So basically they rip us off with overpriced desserts and then scrimp on what they actually give! Ridiculous!!! The manager/owner should be ashamed to be employing such staff! Creams is a well known brand and name and the store at bexleyheath is just letting them down! Due to this being my local branch I can safely say I will NOT be going there again!!! Staff including the manager Kaylie are so rude and have no idea how to talk to their customers!!!!

They use ubereats as their delivery partner but the driver eats half your order before delivery and neither takes responsibility if you complain because they already got your money!

There was a hair in my food! No apology from staff or management. 3 staff with no hair nets on one of which had a long beard. Was given a refund that's it. Poor service and not a clean place to eat. Wouldn't even give it 1 star. And there was 3 of us but as it was full we got seated in a 2 person booth at the front of the shop with my son put on a chair which was then blocking the pathway of staff and customers walking up n down.... don't waste ur time eating there

Terrible service!!The staff very unfriendly,with no respect!the restaurant today is empty and we go inside to find a table and the waitress was like: “you need to wait outside until someone is call you to give a table” when my girlfriend is pregnant and is no one inside!this will be the first and the last time when I come here!!

P.s: they need to do a shower �

Rude staff! Plus, the crepe I had was disgusting! It was hard and salty! I felt sick after having just one out of the two. Even tough I have been there a few times and there has always been something wrong (once I found hair in my waffle) this was definitely the last time I went there! Very disappointed!

Really slow and poor service, ice creams had been finished by time the last person on the table received theirs, we only ordered 5 ice creams. So not as if large table of people. Then when the last one arrived it was wrong! So loud could hardly hear each other talking. Young kids loved it though. Wouldn't go there again!

I would give this place zero stars if it were possible! The staff are useless and the service is shocking! I got vouchers as they messed up my daughters party - went back to use vouchers and it was twice as bad! Shocking - steer clear and save your money and your waistline!!

Got waffles but had to wait 20 mins for ice cream �why ??? I asked 3/4 times where is it and all I keep getting was it was being changed. But wouldn’t do us fresh ones nor do they refund so I will not be returning

All the dishes came out separately, which would have been fine if one of my nephews wasn’t waiting half an hour longer than his brother for his food to come out. Staff forgot our order twice despite it clearly being on the receipt. The staff then had the cheek to ask us to like them on Facebook and leave a good review even after the poor service we received, so I’m doing the total opposite. It’s a bit unprofessional to ask customers to leave good reviews even when their experience was poor.
