The only negative thing I will say is it’s a nightmare when they are busy. But I love the place and find the ice cream really good. I enjoy going with daughter and grandson.

Great service excellent grub will definitely go back for more worth every penny. Kids was very impressed. Gelato � worth a try lovely taste. Staff very pleasant and very helpful sat us down and gave us our menu

Give this place a try. Ice creams are amazing. Kids really enjoyed themselves while us Mum’s chatted (and stuffed our faces) on our own table. Enfield needs a place like this for the kids to meet up in. Yes it was busy and a little chaotic but give this place a break. Every new establishment has a few teething problems. I’ll definitely be going back 👍🏻

Awesome time there just yesterday celebrating my daughters 14th Birthday! The staff were amazing and all was enjoyed by everyone! Would definitely recommend!

Went on Friday night really busy but service was still great, lovely desert a little pricey but ok as a treat every now and again, will definitely go back

Very clean, staff attentive and friendly. We came in on Saturday night it was busy but still service was excellent. We enjoyed our treats and will return definitely recommend it. 4* as always room for improvement. (they need to get frozen yogurts) then I will guess you 5* �

The food is amazing at a reasonable price depending on what you get, the customer service from 1 or 2 of the employees could do with a brush up but despite that I will be returning on a regular basis 👍🏻

I booked a table for 4pm but when we arrived a little late the staff told me that our table had been given away and we had to wait for some time to be seated. It was very busy and chaotic but once we had ordered it did not take long for our food to arrive. Food was very good and we all ate everything.

As me and my son walked in we was greeted by a lovley guy i think his name was Ty? He gave us a really good seat within seconds and was very helpful with everything i asked , i couldn't fault our experience at all the oero milkshakes were yummmy and so was our waffle which we at ate home , lovely atmosphere definately return soon ���

Food was good loved my bubble waffle touch expensive (£7 for an ice cream

Sundae) but a treat. the queuing system a bit much, queue for seat then queuing to order which took sometime as only 1 till and having to leave children unattended for while is not good maybe be easier once initial

A bit dissapointed to be honest...the waffle and crepes great but the sundae was a very big disappointment for what youbpsy for you pay 2 pounds as a side per scoop of ice cream it's so small why bother!!!! And when customers come in tell them you have to go up and order otherwise your sat there guessing! Sorry won't be back in a hurry

The service is very poor, the ordering process takes forever, the prices are way over the top, the music is far too loud. Although the waffle was fresh and warm, the over smell of eggs put me off. Hopefully it will get better.

Quite disappointed after all the hype! The food was ok, the wait was ridiculous even though they weren’t busy and staff obviously haven’t been trained enough because even though they really tried there was huge confusion with using the till and delivering the order to our table! Myself and my partner ordered waffles which took about 15 minutes, my son had a simple 2 scoop ice cream which didn’t come until we had both eaten half of ours and I had to ask 3 different staff members about it! Our milkshakes also didn’t turn up until we’d eaten most of our food!

Me and my son went there for the first time today. Was given a booth and then was told to go to the till to order which was fine but there was a massive queue so a long wait. My sons ice cream came out first. He had finished his before I had to ask a member of staff where mine was. Ten minutes later I got mine so was abit dissapointed they didn't come out at the same time. The ice creams were nice, I would come back again but definitely not during peak times

Don’t know what people expect when they go here? It’s a dessert restaurant. it’s small but It’s a good place. Bit Pricey , shit service, staff need shaking. Not well organised, try not to go during peak times otherwise you won’t enjoy your experience.

Service is good but the ice cream test is not good..I don’t like the ice cream..westing money cause it is very expensive...

Normally don’t write any bad reviews but had to make an exception. The most ridiculous service, even though they just newly opened. We walked in today at 7pm with our baby and the Manager/Assistant named Ahmet told us there's about half an hour waiting, which wasn't an issue. He suggested us to just get an ice cream for take away. So while looking for the ice cream there's this couple who walked in and asked for a table of 2 and was given a booth that could seat 4 straight away. Basically they discriminated just as we had a baby with us. To add to this the member of staff dealing with us was so rude. After asking for the manager and complaining about the issue they had the table ready all of a sudden.

Just returned from an awful experience at Creams Enfield. After finding a fragment of plastic (approx 2inch x 1inch) with sharp edges in my ice cream, I informed the staff and mentioned that they should check the rest of that particular tub to make sure noone else received anything dangerous in their dessert. A lady put another scoop in a glass and when I said I didn’t want a replacement as I’d been put off, she replied ‘You don’t have to eat it. Just check.’ Feeling baffled, I asked for a refund. I was given my money back and returned to my table. The ‘manager’ then appeared to clear the table and tried to say that because I’d started to eat the ice cream, I wasn’t entitled to a refund! He then did not listen when I explained again that I’d found a sharp item in my food, which was potentially dangerous. This ‘manager’ was extremely rude, did not apologise for the company’s mistake and displayed very poor customer service skills - the only reason I received a refund was because I’d asked, no apology or anything was offered prior to this. Absolutely terrible customer service from this branch. Will not be returning and will be encouraging others to avoid.

Had a rubbish first experience here tonight. I had booked a table before Xmas well in advance for 8 children/adults and informed them that we would have 2 small babies in push chairs so that we had enough space. On arrival they took forever to come over to seat us, they clearly had not reserved us an area (we were on time). They then seated us in a tiny area with not enough seats- they suggested that we put the 3 and 4 month old babies in high chairs! Or that we put our prams elsewhere and hold the babies the whole time we were there. We were then told we should have booked! Which I had done and informed of the prams on booking. We then had to wait for people to leave so that we had enough chairs to sit in which meant standing around. They also suggested that we split the party and sat at different tables! We said that we would not do this as we are s group who gets to catch up a few times a year and had booked! There were no apologies or money off, the male staff members were extremely rude and kept walking off rather than dealing with their mistake. They used the excuse that they were busy but that does not excuse the fact that they did not have our table sorted. We sat in a cramped area blocking the toilets it with one of the prams and did not feel relaxed. They clearly cannot cope with it being busy and need to sort themselves out- we will not be returning.
