Was amazing food and staff was very greeting and polite definitely come back and would suggest for anyone

Creams at Hounslow is the best and only well deserved ice cream destination, and specially the staff working out there makes it more special and amazing for the customers.. I would personally recommend Daisy polite, kind and helpful during our visit there, everyone is doing the best out there but I had found Daisy to be extra courteous and graceful whilst our visit there.. well done and keep up the good work Daisy!! Will be back soon...

Came to your shop Friday 17th June with my daughters & niece, my very 1st visit to your shop & well what could I say it was a lovely experience, the helpful friendly service we was lovely, apparently my daughters are regular customers, :D The lady behind the ice cream counter was so helpful she let me taste some ice cream to decide which flavour I wanted on my waffle. I would highly recommend Creams to anyone. <3

The service there is not good would not recommend anyone to go there.first of all there is not even a smile from most of the staff and they always mixed up our order

The new menu is not nice as my kids use to love bubblelicious but it's not the same now

The food wasn't as flavorsome as I hoped! The apple crumble waffle lacked the crumble more like an Apple bake.

My Cake was stale!!!! But the boys ice cream and waffles were fresh and delicious!!!!

My 2 year old wanted to only eat few Smarties which I requested to given seperately. I was told it would cost an extra ┬г1.00 for it. And the staff member said **NOTHING IS FREE**. To be honest a few Smarties over a ┬г60.00 desserts BILL is VERY cheap and tacky. They don't have a spec of customer services or customer satisfaction STANDARDS.

If you go to this place an hour before closing, they only allow take aways and dont let you sit and enjoy your creams deserts! Its understandable if its done 15 mins prior but definitely not an hour prior. In that case, your business timings should change. Also You guys need to change the staff since most of them are just rude!

Wow- amazed how this place is still running...



Just stepped out of here, shocked at the way this place is managed.



There was a problem with the vanilla ice cream machine so there were issues with producing the sundaes we had ordered. Fair enough these things happen. As understanding customers we accepted for an alternative vanilla ice cream/ gelato scoop on the sundaes instead.



What we were not expecting was nearly an hour wait with no update from staff... The family decided that if the order was not being made we'd just request a refund.



This is where it just gets silly...

There was a guy in casual clothes behind the counter, I asked if he was the manager, he replied that he wasn't but offered to help. I asked about the order and he told me it was yet to be started and they had been telling customers of 45mins wait times. It had been an hour already so we went ahead to request a refund.



I was dismayed that we were not offered a full refund considering it was only two scoops of ice cream (for the kids) that did arrive- it's just basic principle isn't it? Taking care of your customers in any event, appreciating their custom, maybe apologising for the bad experience and requesting that they try coming back in the future? Well not in his case it seems, they couldn't care any less!

Since it seemed it was a junior staff member serving us, I thought maybe it's best to seek out the manager again. To my surprise I was told that the guy in plain clothes (who was now cleaning the ice cream machine) was in fact the manager after all!



I asked him directly to have a word- instead a member of staff stepped forward, told me he was busy and asked if he could help. Whilst the manager continued what he was doing (right in front of me?!) trying his hardest to ignore me.

In this instance I felt surely it is the managers responsibility to address a customers concerns- instead I was fobbed off again.



I understand there were issues this evening, but I really question the aptitude and suitability of your 'manager'. (I am not sure if he is an employee or the owner/ franchisee, but he is clearly not fit to run this place)



I am expecting you will have a lot of unhappy customers tonight. I feel bad that their evenings will be spoilt and custom will not even be appreciated.



Not the way to run a business in my humble opinion.

Worst ice cream i've ever had! How can you serve something like this? Never again!

Well I love Cream so much but the service in Hounslow is just rubbish! They messed up 3 out of 4 items we have ordered ! What a shame ! I had 3 young girls and my cousin as guests from North London and promised them lovely desserts- big disappointment, staff need be trained and what most important they need employ more people ! Two man had no clue what is what and is halfterm! I'm so upset with today visit is lovely place but the service is really really bad : /

We waited to be seated about 5 minutes. After that we just went and took a table ourselves as it wasn't busy. All the available tables needed to be cleaned. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come and clean it and all they did was to take the dishes that we pushed at the side of the table.

The time for the food was also pretty long (15 minutes for one dessert and 20 for the other one).

The crepes were warm, nothing too much to complain, but definitely not on the Creams standards that I was used.

Waited over an hour for the wrong order!!!!!! Then tried to bring me a takeaway dish which I had seen been sitting there for 20 mins!

One member of staff named MARIA was so rude to us and at one point she was just texting on her phone instead of making any orders. What a disgrace!!!!!

Took 40 minutes to tell me the order I made was not available. Snobby staff wrote the owner's name & number on a chit and asked me to complain... like I care. Shitty place.

The service during the day today was absolutely ridiculous. The guy took our order, misheard half of it. 10 minutes later he comes to the table to say they don't have any coffee,( we had ordered a cafe latte), so we asked for a refund for that. Then 15 minutes AFTER THAT I went to the counter to find out what the hold up was on the rest of the order and he hadn't even made the crepes we had ordered! He said there were no hazelnuts (which I had ordered as a topping), at this point I was so fed up of waiting a ridiculous amount of time for 1 crepe order, that I asked for a refund. He kept shrugging his shoulders and said he only just started his shift blah blah.....я┐╜

Even when we were being refunded the money, they managed to get that wrong!

Out of everything we had ordered we only got a cupcake! Total waste of time, really bad service. It's as if non of them want to be there! Utterly disappointed. Really poor service. Really poor! To top it all, I didn't even get an apology, I got a load of excuses!

Terrible slow service! The staff don't listen when u place an order. They made 3 mistakes on 2 simple orders. Need more efficient staff!

4 of us order at same time but we weren't able to eat at same time. Servicev was really bad as well as food.

Run by utter morons who shouldn't be allowed near a food establishment. Couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery which is probably harder than serving Ice cream.

Pretty much the worst ice cream I've ever had. Very synthetic taste and feel, over sweet and with a horrible aftertaste. None of the four of us - including 2 children- could finish. Also, the sundaes came to the table without some of the ingredients, particularly the fruit and this had to be asked for. Disappointing especially as it's not exactly cheap.

If you are going to have a dessert place heavily biased towards ice cream you need to have good ice cream - and this place fails dismally.

Poor service, staff with poor attitude. Wrong orders and smaller portions than other Creams we've been to. Hilarious given there are so many people working!!

Not as good as the Southall branch. Crepe was hard, presentation not good either. Slow service too.

I am going to give an honest opinion about Creams. It makes its employees give 5* ratings on the FB page and I know many of them.



I am surprised, Creams in Hounslow is still running. It is owned by a guy named Joginder who sometimes refuses to pay his employees and they have a high turn over of staff. The place has become Run down and the customer service is not great and nor is the food. The manager doesn't know what he's doing.



Saying this however, it is placed in good location next to Nandos, so business should run very smoothly no matter what. They should have a competitor put in place as it seems to be the only one of its kind in Hounslow.

Flies allround the place... one fly was in the ice cream as well. Rude manager who did not wanted to come to listen and talk on this.

Customer service is absolutely appalling, after waiting 30mins we were told that they had run out of ice cream and milk and just about offered a refund!
