Nothing beats a waffle absolutely coated in chocolate sauce, crushed Oreos, chocolate shavings & Oreo gelato ­¤śŹ­¤Ź¬

Welcomed and seated quickly by friendly staff, explained ordering process by them. Till staff efficient and friendly. Food arrived quickly and was well presented and more importantly delicious!

Nice atmosphere in there with a mix of families and groups of teenagers socialising. Will return once I've worked off the waffles and Nutella!

The staff are always welcoming always nice food fantastic atmosphere will be back very soon, I like the fact that even though I go in with the baby in her pram they always ask if we need high chairs the staff are very polite my kids favorite place to eat

Really good in there, only problem I've had is, my daughter alwaysss wants to order the cookie dough and every time we've had to send it back because it was overdone and was basically a cookie. The staff have always handled the situation well but my daughters turned to the ice creams now as it's put her off.

The manager was very helpful solving the issue, we've been back since and we'll be back again. Thank you to the manager for being so lovely, although I didn't catch his name but his kindness was much appreciated.

Omg. Had the chocoholic giant waffle with extra cream. Would of fed 3 easily. Lovely staff too

Not one of the youngest customer but meet friends for coffee and this is the best coffee around, great looking place but no matter how good a place looks it's the staff that make it good, they even remember what coffee we drink ! Always made welcome even just for coffee......

My partner and I visited on Friday 10th Match. The place was full of noisy school children and rude teenagers. The staff must have been so stressed, but they were all lovely and professional. They are a credit. Food was nice too ’┐Į

I took my daughter and her classmates here on Friday to celebrate her 12th birthday, the staff couldn't of been more helpful, they were all so nice, I ordered for 17 girls and everything came out right and on time, they brought my daughters cake out and sang happy birthday even though they were very busy. It was so nice to have every member of staff there smiling and friendly, the manger was fantastic, we couldn't book a table but he did his best to get a table for 17 organised as quickly as possible, he let me drop the cake and balloons off earlier in the day and made sure all ran smoothly...The girls loved it!

Thank you to all at creams for helping to make my daughters birthday celebrations fab!

Friendly, helpful staff. My husband had a waffle with maple syrup and ice cream. It was a big serving, but he did manage to eat most if it. I had two scoops of geleto, great flavour and very creamy.

Excellent service from the team tonight - particularly the girl waitressing. She was excellent, really helpful and polite, attentive and even opened the door for us when we left. Great attitude and customer service from her as well as the team on the tills. Please pass on our thanks! Desserts delicious as well.

Came in today as group of 15. Place was packed but the service still great. Super food and very friendly staff ( especially Layla who is super helpful! ) Highly recommend!

Always friendly staff and fabulous food, only complaint hate the new menus! My young son liked to look at the pictures and choose his pudding made him feel important that he could choose his own. Please bring back menu's with pictures for the younger kids.

Absolutely amazing. We love the fabulous food and go every week! The best part of Creams Orpington is the wonderful manager, he is just the best! Would recommend Creams Orpington 1 million% ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Lovely staff. Went in especially for the creme egg waffle! It did not disappoint although a bit more white choc sauce would have been lovely. Shame the kids waffles are to share coz our granddaughter wanted a waffle but grandson didn't and half of hers was wasted

1st time for me was very nice, staff were lovely. My only complaint was that we were sat down with menus kids choose what they wanted (10 mins later) then when i went to order and i saw they done a kids menu ’┐Į wasnt impressed as my 7 yr old had already chose and it wasnt on the kids menu. I couldnt then say she had to pick something else! They knew i had a child with me so a childs menu should have been given to us so she could choose!! Would go back but wouldnt be a reg treat as expensive!

Went to creams, ordered M&M's chocolate waffle with vanilla ice cream, the moment i got my plate i saw hair in my ice cream. I lost my appetite straight away, i got up and told one of the staff members, lady in brown jacket got involved and told me she was the manager. I found her rude but in the end of our argument she gave me my money back and some vouchers. I don't know if i want to go back in there! ’┐Į

Visited creams last night, i loved the place, service was good. just very disappointed with one point and that was that my cookie dough was made behind the counter by a lady with black shirt with bare hands. Hygiene is very important especially in a such a big company like this. unfortunately i could not eat my dessert. Lost my appetite seeing that.
