The bubble waffles are amazing! A great suggestion from our server. I've been to quite a few similar styled cafes and I found Creams to have the best portions for the price.

Absolutely delicious and quite dangerous as its down the road!

Take me and my to kids and Nepthew down for a treat the food was that big we couldn't eat it all but it was well worth the money the staff was very kind and happy the place was very clean and looked after will deafly be returning in the future

Myself, my husband and our two friends go at least once a week... � The desserts are amazing and Jess and Nicholas always make us feel welcome! Such lovely staff!

We've personally, never had any issues with Creams and always leave full and happy!

Just been and had my treat which I won through your Facebook page. Amazing place to have some sweet treats. Couldn’t really decide what to go for... definitely have to go back � loved the American style as well ����

From when I entered the store, me and my friend were welcomed with a contagious smile from a young lady with a head scarf. As I’m not much of a dessert person, the staff member was very helpful with my choice of dessert. Me and my friend got a great customer service through out. Overall, I had a lovely evening and would pay another visit when I am around the area!

Wasn't too impressed today my girls went in for a treat and the woman behind the counter wouldn't let my daughter take her left overs home and service wasn't good I think it will be caspers from now on

Took my children here last night at around 8pm, for a special dessert on the way home from a meal elsewhere.

We were informed when we went to order that there were no waffles as they had run out of the batter (which was fine). Service was ok, but not exactly service with a smile. Between us we had a crepe, an ice cream sundae and 2 ice cream cones. Portions were a good size, and all tasted delicious.

The reason for marking down my review is that the place was full of very loud, very sweary teenagers and the staff seemed completely oblivious to it (or were maybe intimidated by them so chose to ignore them). My children have certainly learnt a few new words while we were there. We didn't bother complaining, shouldn't have had to, it was clearly obvious someone needed to have a word with them but nobody did so we just hurried up and left. I understand teenagers need somewhere to go of an evening, I think this place is ideal, I wish there had been something like this when I was their age. I do feel though, that if these customers aren't reminded of their manners and kept under control Creams may isolate a whole group of customers (parents with children who don't need to be hearing such language) and that would be a shame as it's such a nice treat for all the family.

The kids loved it, and I guess that's what it's all about, but as a parent (with a dairy intolerance) it would be nice to be able to get a coffee with Soya Milk, rather than be questioned like I'm crazy that I can't eat dairy by the server (maybe two servers at busy times too?).

My lemon crepe was delicious, even without any cream or ice cream though.

Just a couple of other teething issues maybe - get more change in the till, sort out the heating, it was roasting in there (5pm thursday evening) and more toilets??? and a sink that can cope with the spray from the tap in the toilet and thus making it a wet room.

Staff did not know there own recipes. Daughter ordered large cone with chocolate and other 2 friends shared 3 scoops consisting of bubblegum blue and pink and mango. A lot of staff but all doing stuff in background. Dread to think what it would be like if really busy. They need to pull their socks up.

"Team leader" Nikki couldn't even crack a smile at the till and doesn't bother with "thank yous" even though you've just spent £14 on 2 over-priced desserts.

And then a 15 minute wait for your dessert to arrive.

Come here for decent desserts but don't expect any customer service.

The staff here need some serious training.

Whoever owns this franchise clearly isn't looking long term as fed up customers don't return.

Turned up at 7:15pm Friday night, 15 people in there. Was told it was a fifteen minute wait for two sundaes and two milkshakes.... A tad confused as to why when they don't have to cook anything. Went to the Toby and got a fabulous sundae for half the price and within ten minutes �

Coffee and crepes were ok, but my daughters’ cupcakes were horrible. To say they were stale would be an understatement! They were old and rock-hard and to add to the insult, I paid £2.75 for each of them. Not impressed..

i visited creams in rickmansworth with my grandson this wed pm, i was very disappointed. we were handed menus which were dirty snd sticky we were seated at a table that had not been wiped, i had to ask for a wet napkin to clean my hands. one of the staff was then asked to wipe my table which she did with a very small j cloth which she then used on all the tables around us, no rinsing or spraying in between. my crepe came with the wrong sauce, the replacement was more like s pompadom it was so crisp. the the dessert display consisted of two pieces of cheese cake snd i slice of apple crumble. i have been to creams in uxbridge it was great clean loads to choose from. this is a first for me i never complain or write reviews.suffice it to say i wont be going there again.pull your socks up ricky creams

Visited creams yesterday , had to move my son once from his seat as table was wobbly , his Sunday was knocked and smashed on the floor . Waitress came and cleared up the mess but left glass on the table. I was then told I would have to re buy his ice cream which was £7 , he had onpy had about 3 mouthfulls .I refused and was told by the manager he could have one free scoop of vanilla ice cream . Terrible customer service . Go elsewhere !!!

Today me and my friends went to creams in Rickmansworth. We have visited this dessert shop many times. We ordered our desserts and it was all good until they got our order wrong and had to send it back, to which they remade them.

The member of staff got really angry that we had sent our desserts back to which his response was “ I couldn’t understand you” Something that makes it even better to find out later on that they had spat on our desserts! A lady who sat opposite the counter saw it all and told us and when approaching the guy who made the dessert, he got in our face and got aggressive, even the manager was holding him back! This member of staff has had many complaints and he is still working there! Tall gent & glasses and hardly speaks any English.

Why go somewhere to eat over priced desserts which are made like that? And after it all didn’t even get an apology!!!!

Only two other tables eating on Sunday evening. About 6 staff members chatting behind the counter. Yet....

Seated us - two adults, one toddler. Had go to counter to ask for a high chair and ask for a kids menu as they had brought an adult one for the toddler. Staff looked genuinely shocked that I asked for these things?!?

Staff had no idea what was on their menu or offers available. Also not told about Christmas themed freakshakes on offer. Only noticed small sign next to the till after I'd placed an order.

So many staff doing nothing and just chatting and laughing. Just bizzare that they can't get small things right when there's nothing else to do??!!

Food was ok but of course so overpriced. Not sure why they don't have smaller versions that are slightly cheaper and manageable.

Kids sundae was supposed to be a bunny but looked nothing like one - no effort put in at all even though so many staff?

Awful place, such a shame. Ricky high st is much better than this place!!

I went with a group of friends and children on Saturday and the service was appalling. Having a booked a table in advance and knowing that around 20 of us would be there we waited over 1.5 hours for our food. I ordered a savoury crepe and when it eventually arrived it was freezing cold. I had to return it and just asked for a refund because I would probably have to wait another hour! Some children didn't even get their food. The girl serving us was trying her best but she had no support. Not sure who the manager is but he/she needs to do something fast. It's a disaster!!! Won't be going back.

Horrific customer service, man that served me asked for my payment and then walked off, the till was wide open and I had to lean over the desk and rip my own receipt from the machine and get my card. I had sat down and 2 minutes went by before he realised I wasn't there anymore! And then the whole time we ate our food he was giving us dirty looks and shaking he's head at us! Our first time at creams and won't be returning. It's a shame because we really enjoyed the food just shite customer service!!

Our first time at creams and won't be returning. It's a shame because we really enjoyed the food just shite customer service!!
