Visited creams on Xmas eve! Although we entered just before closing time the staff were very friendly, excellent customer service and was happy to serve us.

Its not easy to keep the place clean and tidy 24/7 but it was very well managed.

Im very impressed and looking forward to visiting again! Happy Xmas!!!!

Very nice service got family table stright away waited 7 minutes for desserts luv the way they make it could do with more space felt cramped with kids and prams not enough room to get passed pple coming in hoig out also toilets where smelly and not seprate

The service from Angelika and Natalia especially was worth the little extra journey we had to take, we had a lot of laughs with all the staff as well as those to... would defiantly come back soon !

We visited Creams Cafe with my work colleagues from primery school. The food was nice but the toilets were broken and closed and the seats we had to adjust ourselves as the padded benches were way to close to the tables so that nobody could really fit in there. The staff was watching us but didn’t offer the help. The A/C was turned way too high compare to outside temperature. Otherwise we had a great time.

Good service with fresh and hot waffels good value and fairly quick service. Doormen and women trying to give it a club atmosphere. Very noisy though with young babies screeming not sure why asian families feel they have to take babies to such places and late movies at 3am. A place where desi people feel they have arrived. Menues should be laminated with heavier grade laminate as fraying at the edges. Also queues for the toilets was a joke. I think only one or two toilets. Parking a similar situation with the one way system along the high street is not working. Not many pay and display boxes and when I did find one the pay machine was out of order. Overall experience 6 out of 10

What a joke. I ordered from Just Eat and it kept getting declined. I called up to ask why and was told they were busy but said to order and place the delivery for an hours time which I did. I then went to check the status of my order to find it was declined AGAIN and to top it all off they made their shop status as 'back soon' on just eat. What a joke. Their phone has been 'busy' for the last 30 mins !

Well I won competition nearly a month a ago! Still haven’t got my voucher for £50 for family of 4 ! If your not going to give people what they won? Y put it up on your page for people to share 😡😡😡😡

Visited Southall branch 30th December. Customer service was appalling as we waited to be seated the staff were all behind the counter and no one bothered to come over and welcome us. When someone did, he called is over from a distance and showed us to our seat. It was freezing as all the doors were left open?! When my partner went to order at the counter he waited for around five minutes just to be served even though there were four members of staff all doing NOTHING behind the counter and no other customers waiting. When our order was brought over my coffee was cold. The staff were wearing jeans and all on their phones, shouting and laughing. It was like a ghetto youth club in there. When we asked if the manager was available we were told that there was no management on site and no one was in charge! One member of staff was particularly helpful when we asked for management he came and asked if everything was okay, offered us water etc and did his best to make our experience a good one, however by this point it was far too late! Disappointed to say the least at the pure lack of customer service skills and how they seem to have employed a bunch of incompetent, ignorant and rude idiots to work in this branch.

It was embarrassing coming with friends and being turned away. Creams was my favourite place to eat now I shall do to twist. I then bought ice cream for £12.20 as I didn’t want to disappoint my friends. extremely angry!

This is my second review. My opinion has completely changed about this place because one staff managed to spoil it. I liked the place before and even gave it 5 stars but after that rude and unprofessional customer service with one of the staff made me dislike the place and never come back again. This guy was short and chubby with dark circles under his eyes,asian guy. He refused to serve me because I was sitting down even tho I have been a customer for 4 months now and spended lot's of money he turned his back on me and walked away. He left me sitting there with my mouth opened all I wanted is to try apple pie. Very bad customer service. This is not how a professional should handle a customer. He does not know how to communicated and be polite with a customers. When I told him that I have been a customer for 4 months now he looked at me and said, oh really I never seen you before! Like I am sitting in his house. Calling me a liar and being unfriendly and rude not going to do you a favour. You just going to loose a customer that can become your regulars like I was but not anymore. After that I don't want to come back any more. No thank you!

The only toilet they had was out of order - staff said it’s blocked and no other facility available for customers to even wash their hands I said that’s no solution staff replied let’s pray it rains then and wash your hands in the rain!!! "I know everybody above me", that we couldn't do anything to him.

It's a mad rush plus they got our sticky toffee pudding in a dirty plate. Sent it back only to get it back in the same plate.

I orderd delivery for my kids 8 o'clock this evening delivery time 9.20 the delivery guy decides to come at 10 when my kids was in bed and came with the wrong order. The manager was really rude they said they was coming back with the write order. 11 at night they decided to call us back saying we're closing I'll refund you. My kids were let down waiting for there ice cream I woudnt not recommend going to this creams in southall or getting delivery from it.

Horrible I ordered 2 mojiots they are delivered and tasted overly sweet like a lot of syrup had been put in. Called and spoke to the manager and said he will resend us another 2. Perfect! This time it also tasted horrible it was too strong overly strong taste of mint and lemon you could not drink it. Wasted £11.70 didn’t drink it all!!

False advertisement. My desert looked nothing like it did in the picture. No cherries, no sauce and no bits.

FUCKING SHIT. Went on the 30/07/15 was waiting for half hour for my dessert got my refund. What kind of a dessert place is this? Thats what you get for employing freshys

He left me sitting there with my mouth opened all I wanted is to try apple pie. Very bad customer service. This is not how a professional should handle a customer. He does not know how to communicated and be polite with a customers. When I told him that I have been a customer for 4 months now he looked at me and said, oh really I never seen you before! Like I am sitting in his house. Calling me a liar and being unfriendly and rude not going to do you a favour. You just going to loose a customer that can become your regulars like I was but not anymore. After that I don't want to come back any more. No thank you!

The only toilet they had was out of order - staff said it’s blocked and no other facility available for customers to even wash their hands I said that’s no solution staff replied let’s pray it rains then and wash your hands in the rain!!! What a joke! Very unprofessional - yes they are busy but thats not how you run a business. I hope staff washed their hands!

Manager is terrible. Completely rude and arrogant. Doesn't know how to treat customers at all. Truly never coming back to this place ever again. We walked in, sat down. We asked what we could order before even taking a seat. Went to order and this guy says we can only get scoops for take out whereas they were still making shakes for others. He refused to serve us. When we complained. "Maaz" the manager just smirked and laughed at us. When a customer is angry about you lying. There is no need for you to mock us afterwards. "I know everybody above me", that we couldn't do anything to him.

It's a mad rush plus they got our sticky toffee pudding in a dirty plate. Sent it back only to get it back in the same plate.

May be the gloves, was the excuse.

That's not a valid reason to serve a customer on a dirty plate. Not going again.

I orderd delivery for my kids 8 o'clock this evening delivery time 9.20 the delivery guy decides to come at 10 when my kids was in bed and came with the wrong order. The manager was really rude they said they was coming back with the write order. 11 at night they decided to call us back saying we're closing I'll refund you. My kids were let down waiting for there ice cream I woudnt not recommend going to this creams in southall or getting delivery from it.

Horrible I ordered 2 mojiots they are delivered and tasted overly sweet like a lot of syrup had been put in. Called and spoke to the manager and said he will resend us another 2. Perfect! This time it also tasted horrible it was too strong overly strong taste of mint and lemon you could not drink it. Wasted £11.70 didn’t drink it all!!
