My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday here today and the service was EXCEPTIONAL! They were so accommodating to the 20+ screaming girls that descended on them and did everything with a smile! Great service and would definitely recommend!

Special shout out to Rufina, Taylor and Mike for being great! And a major mention to Veronica who was absolutely brilliant - 1st class service!!!

When there yesterday evening . The place looks really nice and wasn't busy so there was no problem with getting a table. The service at the counter was nice and we received our order quite quickly. The deserts are rally nice the only downfall they put too much of sprinkles and sauce on my sons crepes so they were actually drawning in it and got really soggy. There other thing is not cutlery and no one said were you can get them from but apart from that we had a nice time.

Went in yesterday staff are still learning so took 15 mins to place an order then my eldest daughters came out but my youngest they took so long she fell asleep and my eldest had finished hers so I asked for a refund which they gave me



They was having a few technical issues but the staff was polite and kept the customers up to date what was going on



We will go back but maybe in a month or so when the staff have had more training

A bit pricey but nice as a treat. The staff were good, replaced my nephew’s ice cream when he dropped it on the floor free of charge.

I love the decor. Nice clean place. But service needs improvement. We were waiting really long time to get our coffee. which was served each at the time waiting around 10 min to get each of them. The americano was not americano. We didn't get spoons. Also sugar should be served in some better way then sachets

Well my other half ordered a chocolate fudge mess waffle and the fudge cake was cold and so was the waffle the ice cream didn't even melt when put on top of the waffle and mine and my son's desserts was average. Will be going back to kaspa's next time

Would have given 0 stars if I could, but it doesn't give me the option. The customer service was terrible the staff didn't smile at all and seemed like they didn't want to be working there. I ordered a waffle it was uncooked tasted like raw egg, the whipped cream was very warm and tasted like it went off. When I told them about this instead of apologising they turned around and said that's how they make the waffles when it's clearly not cooked!!! This was my first time coming here and I definitely won't be back again will use urban ice next time.

So ordered a couple of kinderbeuno milkshakes today, big mistake that was!!! Drunk half the milk shake, and then started picking out little bits of plastic from my mouth. Once I realised what was going on I actually couldn’t believe it. The bottom half of my milkshake was full of plastic wrapper. What sort of uneducated person puts the kinderbeuno bar still in the plastic in the blender and serves a customer milkshake like that. Are you serious? A whole plastic wrapper in my milkshake! Your meant to take it out the wrapper before you put it in the blender. Hire better staff before something seriously goes wrong. DISGUSTING!
