I just came back from Sierra Leone and my conviction is still strong that Sierra Leone needs education on mental health. In my findings whiles I was there I realise that for a country that has been through so much from the Civil war to Ebola , people are struggling to meet and comprehend with everyday challenges psychologically . The time is now to act . Mental Health does not discriminate and you can make a difference .
The problem is just 10% of your life the remaining 90% is how you choose to deal with the situation. Don't be hard on your self things happen to strengthen you and open new opportunities and ideas about life . Think positive, Act positive and Be positive . #Mentalwellbring

I have a dream of not only educating people about mental health but also reach out to those suffering with different types of mental health issues . It will be a long journey but it will eventually touch as many lives as possible. Do not ignore a text, an hello, a phone call a visit and a smile can make a difference . Mental health does not discriminate !!!
Ever day 1 in 5 people will experience a mental health issue that text or call will save someone . Act now and make a differences.
