🚫POLITE NOTICE🚫 - Please be aware that it has become increasingly apparent that people seem to believe you can get a tattoo under the age of 18 with parental consent ⛔️This is simply not the case and is an illegal act under the *TATTOOING OF MINORS ACT 1969 👀
Every week we have enquires about this and also have people coming to the studio who are clearly under 18 and do not possess the identification to prove that they aren’t.
If you ARE enquiring about a tattoo or thinking ...about getting one then you will need to provide a form of PHOTO ID on arrival otherwise we will not be able to tattoo you and you will loose your Booking Fee for the appointment. WE will also NOT accept the approval of a parent if you decide that this is a valid way to prove your age. A PHOTO ID IS NEEDED. If you ‘forget’ this and cannot provide it on arrival then we will again not be able to tattoo you in your allocated time slot and so another booking fee will be required to book again.
If any other studios say that it is ok to tattoo minors under the age of 18 in anyway then they are breaking the law.
