Creekside Discovery Centre, Deptford Creek Description
The Creekside Centre is set in its own wild environment with a living roof and exclusive access to Deptford Creek via a small beach. It's a purpose built centre with a broad range of equipment, information & resources for outdoor activities, social events and field study opportunities.
The Centre has experienced and knowledgeable staff to guide you on walks in the Creek or the local area and offers a wealth of information on wildlife and local history.

Humans weren’t the only ones enjoying a low tide walk in the creek tonight, a Grey Heron also walked this way.
Tonight was the last of our Spring NEWS walks... we headed South to discover the wildflower species hidden in plain sight. Thanks to all who came and to Nick for leading such a fascinating series of walks. There is more to come!
