At weekends, the service is a half-hourly service to Moorgate and Hertford North and an hourly service through to Stevenage. Trains no longer run to Kings Cross on weeknights (after 22. 00) and weekends since the December 2015 timetable change. The station is completely unstaffed and there is no ticket machine available. As a result, the station is not a penalty fares station.
