CrossFit Chiltern specialises in 1: 1 and small group fitness training. Based in Amersham, with easy reach of Beaconsfield, Berkhamsted and Chesham.

CrossFit Chiltern is a fitness facility where the focus is on three things:
Complete Fitness - Working on every facet of fitness to improve the total fitness in every member who visits the box.

Community - Creating a group of like minded people who support each other in their journey for a fitter, happier and healthier life.

Results - We want every member to get visible results from their training with us. There is no better motivation than success.

We offer Small group personal training and one to one personal fitness training for everyone.

Bit of teamwork in today's Legends Metcon. Some Olympic lifting, rowing and some medicine balls 'Wallballs'. A fantastic conditioning piece with 900 reps shared between four athletes.
Our Legends classes are for over 55's looking for a challenge and something unique to get fit and have fun. They run Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:30. Come along for a free trial by booking on the website under speciality.

Today's Bring you baby class features some skipping. A skipping rope is a great workout tool that everyone should have. You can take it everywhere and work not only on your aerobic fitness but also on your speed, agility and coordination.
Our bring you baby classes take place Monday to Friday at 10:30. They allow mums (and dads!) to take part in a CrossFit class by bringing baby with them. Check out the website for more info.

What is there not to love about this place?! The coaches are amazing, the people are brilliant and without fail I always feel better after a class than I did when I arrived! :- ) I would honestly recommend crossfit chiltern to everyone!!

I joined CrossFit Chiltern just over a year ago. It is addictive, even at 6.30am and I am really pleased with the strength I have gained and my fitness (Jeremy does an excellent job). I have also made some really good friends and there are plenty of social events throughout the year. In addition, I regularly have sports massage with James who has been invaluable during my training as well as during the running I have been doing recently.

I joined CrossFit Chiltern in March 2017 as I wanted to kick start my fitness and was getting married in April 2018.



To date I had done a bit in the gym - wondering around the machines trying this and that.

A fair bit of running and cycling. My cardio was good, great even but I wasn't happy with my body shape and in turn my confidence.



In that year running up to my wedding I actually lost 6kg in weight which doesn't sound like a lot but I actually lost about 12kg of fat and put on 6kg of muscle. My body shape changed, I didn't get big or ripped but I just looked and more importantly felt better, it gave me confidence and I can honestly say I felt in the best shape of my life standing at the alter.



CrossFit Chiltern is more than just a place to workout, it's a place to make friends learn about what you can do and push boundaries for things you thought you couldn't do.



The coaches and other members are fantastic, they are supportive and help you push yourself to get the most out of your time.

I even invited some of them to my wedding as I had made some amazing friends there.



The wedding is now over but I still keep coming back if you're stuck in a rut and want to make a change to your existing fitness or want to kick-start your health kick like I did, come down, you won't regret it.
