Crossfit Limavady Description

Bootcamps - High intensity group class training, constantly varied and designed to allow for scaling to suit all fitness and ability levels

Transformations - 6, 8 and 12 week transformation programmes designed to encourage positive lifestyle change and improve body composition through healthy eating and effective training templates.

Small Group Training - small groups of friends, family members or work colleagues can get together to make it more affordable by splitting costs of PT sessions. Helping you achieve your goals together.

Affiliated Weightlifting Club - Limited class numbers focusing on coaching points for all lifts. Following a program designed to improve performance and strength. Ranging on lifts from the Snatch to the deadlift. Coaching for all levels and abilities.

Affiliated Powerlifting Club - Concentrate on the 3 big lifts Bench, Squat and Deadlift. Great programming designed on maximising your strength.

Personal Training - Designed to motivate clients, set goals, give feedback and improve physical fitness. With general health and nutrition advice on a 1 to 1 basis.

Please book into class in advance to save missing out.
To all members messaging asking to come in early or to do something during class times. As long as the equipment you are looking to use is not being used by class it’s no problem. We are glad to see people working hard and doing extra. As long as it’s structured.

WHAT DO YOU SEE
Group of people taking a before and after picture of a little WOD. 10.5 mile bike 4.2 mile run. Everyone smiling looking tired after completing the challenge.
WHAT YOU DON’T SEE
... The first time each and every individual in the picture walked into Crossfit limavady. Each person nervous, scared and not sure if it’s the right thing to do. Some people in the picture have been with us 3 years 2 years a year months it doesn’t really matter. They all took the jump. Challenged themselves mentally physically socially. Everyone in this picture is doing things now that they never thought possible. Never knew they could UNTIL THEY STARTED. The thing you don’t see is the consistency each person shows week in week out doing 1 class a day for 5/6 times a week. It’s only 1 hour a day that can make such a huge difference to how you look at your health and fitness.
The one thing we create in our gym is the sense that absolutely anything you want to do is achievable no matter what it is. All we have to do to achieve these things ⬇️⬇️

I could keep going the lost is really endless.
It’s just a post to say how proud I am of each and every member we have. Everyday showing what really the human body is capable of. Even with busy lives. Full time jobs, kids, study, aches and pains etc
