Vauxhall schedule changes!
We are making some changes to our schedule to hopefully better your training journey and better aid you in achieving your goals.
Unfortunately as the 6:30am and 7:30am classes are not that popular we are canceling them until further notice.
... We now have regular strength classes programmed that are in 8 week block cycles. This is the class to go to if you are new, want to get stronger, if your training seems to have plateaued, or if you have a specific strength goal e.g. want to get your first bar muscle-up or handstand push up, get 2x body weight squat, deadlift the world! This is the class to visit regularly if you want all of the strength GAINS.
Gymnastics classes are now on two nights of the week to have more time to work on those technical skills, core strength and gymnastic specific strength too. If you haven’t got that strength on the bar to swing and pull high to a muscle-up then this class combined with strength will leave you GOLDEN!
Our weightlifting classes are now on twice during the week for beginners and intermediate. These classes will run in the same format for each class so beginners can join in and learn those positions and get confident with throwing that barbell around. Intermediate class will be the same as it is with % but will run with the strength classes in 8 week blocks.
STRONGMAN classes. For those of you who like playing about with those awkward objects and horrible holds, programmed similarly to the class that already runs on Wednesdays, but even more focused on those strong strong goals, we know it’s popular and fun class to do so enjoy!
All of our specialist classes will now run alongside the strength program to compliment everything to give you what you want. Basically everything combining together to make you better at CrossFit. These strength class will be the foundation of everything (sqt, bench, press, deadlift, pull ups and accessory work) Weightlifting will be those 3 lifts, snatch, clean and jerk with some accessory work Gymnastics will run how that is usually ran with those core work, skills, and gymnastic strength Strongman will stay playing about with the logs, yoke, sled, Dballs, sandbags etc.
All of those classes will compliment each other and will run in cycles together and will be thought out so you won’t hit the same things in different classes.
