Crowdholding is a decentralized open innovation platform and an integrated marketplace, where entrepreneurs and supporters can collaborate, co-create and build better businesses together.

A Decentralized platform built over Ethereum, operating on an open-source principle and free-to-use by the public. The marketplace will be web-based and integrated to blockchain technology.
Crowdholding includes 5 key steps:
○ A business submits a product idea on Crowdholding and pledges a share of Revenue as a reward for contributions.
○ The share of Revenue is converted to YUPIE Tokens. We collect 10% of the YUPIES as a fee for using the platform.
○ Tasks with YUPIE awards appear on news feed of new potential supporters who want to practice their talents and skills
○ Supporters share insights to enhance the product /service and get awarded with YUPIE tokens.
○ Businesses can raise capital through ICOs. Co-creators can invest YUPIES, fiat currencies or other cryptocurrencies.
