What a superb hotel! From the greeting at reception on arrival, to the friendly, happy service at the bar/restaurant, and exchanges with various staff around the hotel, I enjoyed every moment of my stay, and just wish I had the time to stay longer. Bar food was very good, served promptly and with a gorgeous smile! The hotel is in a beautiful area and has exceptional facilities. Will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Went for afternoon tea it's was fab not really a sweet tooth more savoury but when I said to simon he said if we came again to let them know and he would get them to do more sandwiches for me how lovely was that defiantly great place to go all the staff were very pleasant too it was a groupon deal but well worth the afternoon out thank you

We loved our stay! Upgraded on arrival, the staff were all excellent and the bed was super comfy and the curtains in the room were really thick and blocked out all light and kept all the warmth In the room...breakfast was lovely too.

We came here for a work’s Christmas party, and had such a lovely time! It’s a beautiful hotel, and very professionally run. From a warm welcome on arriving, to a very well-organized event with lovely food, drinks and excellent music. Wonderful Willy Wonka-themed decor too to add to the fun!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Can’t wait to come back :-)

We are a local acoustic band and we LOVE playing in the 1269 Bar at the Crowne Plaza, Gerrards Cross. We are on stage every Friday night from 8pm, and we finish with a disco at 11.30pm. The Crowne Plaza have created a warm, intimate venue that is perfect for a night out, with great food, wide selection of drinks and live music. This hotel is an absolute gem, perfect for commuting to London, perfect for relaxing. I stayed with my children while my husband went to meetings in London. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful no restrictions for children which we love. All the little extras make such a difference. Fruit all over the hotel throughout the day/night pillow mist to help you sleep, dressing gowns ,slipper, mini fridge freebies we just loved it and it's going to be the go to hotel from now on for my husbands business. We couldn't fault it.

The hotel was really nice, friendly helpful staff, well appointed rooms spotlessly clean, even had a smart TV.

on our last day after breakfast, a visit to the spa, lunch with Kim's aunt and a meal in the oldest free house pub in England, "The Royal Standard of England " in Forty Green we returned to the hotel. We sat up in bed with a nice cup of tea and watched catch up programs on the smart TV we had missed over our few days away. We would definitely recommend it.

Only stayed for one night but loved it. Extremely clean, very efficient polite staff and rooms good quality. Would recommend and will be back next year 😀

Had a Groupon for Afternoon Tea, it was delicious. Groupon offers often have a smaller choice menu but not here in the 1269 Restaurant. The food was excellent and the service very good, unfortunately I broke the teapot lid, it was cleared up without any fuss and a fresh one offered. I will definitely go again.

Fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for one night when going to a wedding at Gerard's Cross. Fab room and great breakfast too. Would always choose a crowne plaza from now on.....

Excellent spa day at the crown plaza staff were so nice and friendly and would do so much for you will defo go again we had lunch brought over from the restaurant food was exceptional can't wait to go back for afternoon tea!

Excellent customer service at check in and out! Restaurant manager Stephen recommended food and it was tasty and well presented and to die for��! Service in restaurant at dinner and breakfast was OUTSTANDING��! Our room, swimming pool, sauna and steam room all CLEAN! Can't wait to visit again! Thank you for looking after us.

Came here for a short break with my husband after a very busy Christmas with family. This hotel has everything you need. Hotel rooms lovely (we had a club room), enjoyed a brief period of time in the spa and overall a very clean and well equipped room/hotel. I thought that all staff too were very attentive and friendly which you don't get very often in the UK. Breakfast too very nice. All round, a great place to stay.

1st time here took my mum here today at the wave spa and wellness we had a spa day we used the hot tub and pool then had a lovely back massage and facial very relaxing the staff were lovely very friendly the receptionist Michelle was lovely chatty and very helpful we had a lovely day here we would definaly come back again highly recommended x

The hotel is lovely the staff are very attentive and considerate even when they are busy, breakfast and the bar food was fabulous. I would never have a dinner in the restaurant again it was below par for the prices, the menu had no vegetarian option available- we later discovered that they have a separate menu but this is not openly offered

Stayed for one night as a family of four. Nice complimentary gifts in the room. room was modern. Bathroom was lovely however toilet could have been cleaner. Breakfast was lovely - plenty of choice. Evening food in the restaurant was expensive. Spa area was fantastic.

I would have given a 5, but I booked the room at £135 and on check out was charged £144.55. This is not the 1st time it has happened. The same has happened to some of my colleagues. Young lady on chrck out said she could do nothing. So be aware! Take a screen shot after bbooking with the app!

Came with my mate for a spa day a deal with group on. Lovely spa and the treatments were first class. A nice relaxation room with heated chairs too. I would say the only thing that could be improved is an outside space to sit with loungers and table and chairs. There was an area but it was by the car park and busy road. Would be especially when the weather is sunny. A rarity I know in the U.K.! Overall I would recommend
