Would stay here again for sure. Room was quiet and comfortable although there was a body hair in the bath. The dinner was pre-booked and good value as was breakfast. To be able to park the car for our holiday right near reception was great.

We decided to park our car at the hotel, go off to America for our holiday and stay overnight on our day of return so that we would be fresh for our journey back home. This did seem to confuse the Reception staff on both occasions but quickly resolved and in fact we received a complimentary upgrade as a room type we had booked was not available at check in. It was half term weekend and there were a great many families staying but there is a "pub" style bar which does not allow under 16's. Food very good, if somewhat expensive £17.00 for fish, chips & mushy peas. We took a late breakfast, just after 10am, but was still very busy, standard of food on offer of very good quality and replenished frequently. A special mention to Corina who I engaged in conversation and who apologised for any delays as there was a smaller amount of staff on rota than usual, she was most friendly and helpful. We would definitely have no hesitation staying again.

I stayed there for a course that was held there wich was called “Bums on Seats”. The reception was efficient and friendly, the room was dated yet very clean and the service was very personal and of a high standard. Joseph made my day today with his friendly and helpful attitude during my breakfast today. I had a very good experience and look forward to my next stay.

I have stayed at several Crowne Plaza properties in a the past. This one is the best by far. The staff was amazing and the room exceeded my expectations. Although they were very busy, I was treated as though I was their most important guest. When I am in the area, I will book there, again.

Great place to stay, good food, quiet and close to Heathrow.

Excellent value for money.. staff amazing.. food amazing. Highly recommend being part of IHG group as had upgrade.. free parking.. comp drinks etc! My son’s bday that day and he got a candle in a freebie pudding!!! Room was excellent! Loved it! Will go again! Room service excellent! What more can I say!

Everyone was so friendly. The room was extremely comfortable and the evening meal and breakfast were to die for. My boyfriends said it was the best meal he’s ever eaten. He had belly of pork and I had lamb shank. Truly fabulous

Always very sceptical when it comes to short break hotels. This hotel was really good. Lovely large room with two double beds in it. Easy layout with quick lifts. Restaurant very accessible with no queues or waiting times. We were with a coach party so our main meal in the evening was basic and without choice of menu, but it was adequate. Breakfast was buffet with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend and would be happy to return �

We stayed here for one night before our holiday and then one night on return from our holiday and our car was parked there for the duration. We booked each night separetly and everything went smoothly.

Only downside was we booked a room for 3 and only had tea and coffee facilities for 2. Otherwise this hotel was clean, well presented and had friendly staff.

Great hotel, large rooms and facilities. Good for airport, heathrow express to Paddington and motorways. Not much near the hotel otherwise would have got 5* so I’m being picky. Nice restaurants, bars and breakfast. Should be at least a 4.5*.

Even with the high temperature, I was greeted with a smile. Everybody did his/here best to let feel you welcome. I enjoyed the diner and the beer at the pub.

Stayed 1 night after day trip to Legoland. Nice hotel, we all slept well was nice to have two double beds instead of a double and sofa bed but did have to pay extra for this. We enjoyed the swimming pool and Breakfast. Parking charges I think were a bit steep but maybe that's what you pay for a hotel car park at an airport ? The rooms were a little dated too

We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Heathrow the night befire a flight to the usa and want to say how disapointed we were. There are two issues that i believe need to be brought to your attention and addressed.





Firstly all areas of the hotel were very cold. This included all public areas, the coffee shop, restaurant and the bedroom.It was so cold in the restaurant that i was unable to remove my coat. We were not the only patrons to mention this problem.





The second issue is regarding the wake up call service. We booked an early morning wake up call for 05.30hrs with the reception desk but unfortunatly this did not materialise. When we checked out i informed the gentleman at the desk that we did not receive our call he replied " sorry, do you want a coffee instead". No thank you, i would of liked a wake up call so i could get to the airport on time.

So I called the Eriki Restaurant on the ground floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Heathrow, where we were guests, to ensure a table was available. We arrived to a moderately busy place and were initially told that they had no tables but when I challenged that and told the chap that I called earlier, the manager said “oh you are the one that called earlier?”, then mumbles a table # to the waiter. To say he (manager) looked disappointed would be a rush to judgement but hey, he looked it. The table was majestic and could seat 6, I had however made the reservation for three and there were at least two other smaller tables in my immediate line of sight that could have accommodated us just as easily.....maybe the cause for the disappointment??...�

So, not-so-little-ole-me was sat at the table in a purple polo shirt, bald head glistening in the artificial lighting with the wife and child. Wife has 3 ft locs bundled at the top of her head, baby girl was sporting beautiful corn-row plaits and EVERYONE else (within my eyesight) is seemingly Caucasian, i.e. in Bajan parlance, de ressa dem was white people!!

The girls go the bathroom and return, we sit watching the not extremely busy restaurant operate. The chap that showed us to the table was bouncing to and fro tables in our immediate vicinity, serving with a smile, wonderful to watch. 20+ minutes later not even a water jug or a drinks order, in fact not a word or a look-see. So I got up from the table walked over to the waiter at a point of sale device to ask him “what was the challenge in serving my family and I?” He mumbles some waffle, points to a server on the other side of the room and says he will have him come over. Two minutes later after serving another table, the same guy I went to came over pen and pad in hand, so I said, “but I thought you just told me that the other guy(pointing him out) was to come and serve us, so what happened?!” He says something innocuous but BS!!!! I grit my teeth and place the order (my baby daughter’s first Indian meal in an Indian restaurant).

The Manager from earlier comes over obviously having been reported to or seeing my angst so he now gets the question “why is it that the black people get left/ignored while you serve everyone else exceptionally?” Just before he came over, I had engaged the wife to really look at what was going on...the same manager guy had just sat a white single male at his table 15 ft from us, gotten his beer and unfolded his napkin then placed it in his lap no less!!!



We sat staring........



He now made attempts at all the overtures to us suggesting they were rushed bla bla bla bla f*^•~ing bla...and promises to get our order and drinks. Still not heard a reasonable explanation yet as to why but my daughter wants to know why I was “so aggressive with the man” so I provided the insight that I never expected to have to provide to my child at 7 years old.



We ate despite it all, as it was my baby’s first experience in an Indian Restaurant.



I hope the “12.5% service charge added to (my) bill” goes toward training.



Life.

Not worth the money, blocked sink, broken light bulb.

Two sandwiches and two glasses of wine £42 , even then the fish finger sandwich was burnt. Premier Inn same quality better price. Not a happy bunny.

£159 has been taken from my credit card on a reservation confirmed at £109. I have been trying all day to get my money back but still nothing. Appalling customer service!

What fun we are having, NOT!

Booked a disabled room, hotel basically say tough, Ogden’s didn’t pass request on.

So tomorrow my hubby can either smell or drown himself in deodorant!

Grandson is Gluten free,

I would not have fed his chicken or my husband’s to the dog!

Greasy and bony legs and thighs!

Lovely looking cake there, but for a gluten free child

Fruit salad!

After many complaints he was found an ice cream!

Aircon doesn’t work, fan in room!

Asked for help said five mins, 30mins later still waiting!

Child trying to sleep and it is now 9:45

9:45 child asleep so I put a do not disturb sign up!

At least he will get some sleep

Will certainly need pegs for noses tomorrow



Breakfast



The GF cereal promised was non existent as was the muffins!



The morning dining room staff were lovely and embarrassed at the promises made the evening before when these items were not available



Our bar bill for two drinks was wavered and GF ham sandwiches made for Grandson

But feel safe to say, we will never return!

P.S.



The air conditioning was still not repaired as we left!

The staff of this hotel is very rude, even the manager. No responsibilities for customers and don't want to say sorry nicely, just try to avoid the mistake.

Never ever come there again and will tell all my friends never book this hotel.

Just checked in tonight and went to go for a swim after a long day at Legoland, man at the health club reception was very rude and refused us entry as he said it closed at 9.30pm (it was 9.10pm when we went for swim), although the hotel website said that facilities were open until 10pm, he even came chasing after us to prove his point! For a hotel that's in partnership with Legoland it doesn't seem very family/child friendly.
