I love these little koshi chimes- small but powerful! They are played at the end of a sound-bath to help people wake up who've fallen asleep... I imagine it sounds a lot like Tinkerbell.

Was a really restful experience, cosy, soothing, embryonic and the sound healing is a wonderful way to cut through the chatter of the monkey mind.... so nice to be able to relax, meditate and feel well without exerting any intrinsic effort - so much of self-help is about actively doing stuff - it's so lovely to be able to lie back and let the healing happen. I went to the alchemy crystal sound bath in the middle of the day. It was amazing. The entire experience is like a mind massage. Crystal Sound Lounge provided me a blanket, pillow, and silky eye mask. I didn't fall asleep but my mind got total relaxation. One hour's session went by so fast. The sound I breathed in touched my nerves and assuaged them. In fact, my mind became active during the session but don't get me wrong, it's the relaxed sort of active. I thought about my hometown, or to be more accurate, the sound reminded me of my hometown where Buddhist temples hide in the mountains and reside behind bamboo trees. I can hear the river running and I can smell the incense burning. I guess this is the most ideal state of meditation. My wonderful practitioner, Julia ended the session and awakened our minds and bodies by wind chimes. It's the most wonderful wake-up experience. In general, I love the experience. I would love to try the evening ones as well. I have a feeling that it will improve my sleep quality.

Had read about the Crystal Sound Lounge and decided to take some of the office team to a sound bath. We had an hours session and then booked the room for an extra hour to do some blue skies brainstorming. None of us quite knew what to expect but all of us came away energised and refreshed. It was a great experience, both for individuals and as a team building exercise. We chose the 'gong' for our sound bath and it didn't disappoint. The vibrations and sounds that came from it were incredible. And afterwards we had the most relaxed brainstorm you can imagine. Highly recommended.
