Leo was very helpful in all matters, with efficient correspondence on email and phone. He was able to offer a significantly better deal than booking directly with the airline. Travel plans have been smooth so far. Would use again.

Received excellent service from Crystal Travel Agent Mike. He held seats for 2 days and made sure we didn't lose them as it was a group booking for 12 people. He kept couple of flight options open and when we were ready with our destination he made it easy work.Not only was he patient but he managed to take time to find the cheapest and best flight.Good work from Mike at Crystal travel.

Made a booking via Kayak, but my card transaction was declined as the process was completed. Rang Crystal to as why this happened and they informed me that the airline (Qatar) had updated the price in between me browsing for the trip details and actually booking the ticket. This is inconsistent ie the booking was made but extra payment was being requested by the airline. I raised this to Crystal, who then contacted Qatar and successfully argued to get me the original price. Bravo! Good job Crystal

Jonny from Crystal travel has been extremely helpful from the first day i rang him to confirm ticket availability for my sister who was booking in the UAE and was unable to ring the UK. His customer service and speedy responses were exactly what I was looking for having had rung up at 6pm just before leaving work. The price was also great and I felt more then looked after. Jonny is an asset to the company and I would recommend him to my friends and family when booking tickets . I have now booked my tickets to Dallas and I found that Jonny rang me back several times and emailed to make sure I as happy with all the details before we went further. Friendly , helpful advice. I have never talked to someone so nice, so understanding and someone that is not patronizing through the phone. Johnny had such a great telephone manner, I want to refer all my friends who are travelling to the Philippines to use Crystal Travel and to call Johnny! A great deal for me to travel home, and a great operator to talk to! +10 points to Johnny!

I had heard some bad reviews about Crystal travel on tripadvisor, so I'd been really wary about using them - however their flight prices were the cheapest I could find around and £50pp cheaper than going direct to Garuda.



E receipt was sent within 4 hours and I was able to check it on Garuda to confirm everything was fine.
