CTDC envisions a world in which discriminations on the bases of gender, religion, sexuality, ethnicity, nationality, disability & age are non-existent.

The Centre for Transnational Development and Collaboration (CTDC) is dedicated to promoting gender equality, women’s rights, the rights of sexual minorities and marginalised groups including refugees and asylum seekers. We are committed to promoting and protecting human rights, and we respect and value dignity of each individual, and encourage diversity, pluralism, non-discrimination, non-violence, equality of opportunity, solidarity, security, and participation of all people, regardless of their religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability and age. We work towards achieving social, political and economic change across the world through research, consultancy services, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy, project design, capacity building, awareness raising and educational programs.

يكرس مركز التنمية والتعاون عبر الأوطان عمله لتعزيز المساواة بين الأجناس وحقوق المرأة وحقوق الأقليات الجنسية والمجموعات المهمشة ويشمل ذلك اللاجئين وطالبي اللجوء. ونسعى إلى تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان، ونحترم ونقدر قيمة كرامة كل فرد ونشجع على التنوع والتعددية وعدم التمييز والحد من العنف والتساوي في الفرص والتضامن والأمن ومشاركة جميع الناس بغض النظر عن توجههم الديني، أو جنسهم، أو جنسانيتهم، أو أعراقهم أو اثنيتهم، أو احتياجاتهم الخاصة، أو أعمارهم. نعمل من أجل تحقيق التغيير الاجتماعي والسياسي والاقتصادي عبر الأوطان من خلال الأبحاث والخدمات الاستشارية والمتابعة والتقييم والمناصرة وتصميم المشاريع وبناء القدرات والتوعية والبرامج التعليمية.
