I was a bit worried about Cubavisa being a trustworthy company, but absolutely recommend going through them to sort your visa (travel card) out. They sent ours out straight away.
I was an idiot and made a mistake with the address but they sorted this out at their office and couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful!
