We are a Registered Charity #SC048634 who aims to build kind, compassionate, mindful communities, offer accessible mindfulness courses and to bring people together through our 'Glasgow's Spirit of Christmas' gift campaign to help children in need.
Cultivating Mindfulness Description
Cultivating Mindfulness is a growing mindful community that offers a safe, supportive and warm environment to begin or deepen a Mindfulness practice with an experienced Mindfulness Practitioner with over 13 years personal practice and a fully qualified teacher trained in facilitating Mindfulness Courses listed on the UK Mindfulness Network.
We offer a whole range of Mindfulness and Meditation Courses, Workshops and Activities to suit individuals, other organisations in the public, private and third sector and local youth and adult groups. Completed the most recent 8 week course and highly recommend it. There are no quick fixes in life, but this course has given me an enlightenment from which self empowerment derives. As the ad says just do it and experience it for yourself
