I don't rate their return policy. Bought something online to collect but then realised I didn't need it. Called them in phone queue for 15 mins to be told I either print out a PDF, fill it in and send it to a PO box or go in store. I've gone in store, one queue led me to be given the item only to be told to queue in another really long line that isn't moving. Upgraded from one star to two after the manager sympathised with the predicament. Digital company should have a better return policy.

The tottencourt rd store is awful. The repair assistants as the desk have no idea about the services they offer. I gave my laptop in to be checked and was told they would call me in two hours. After 3 calls to their customer services with no follow up of a promised call from a manager I still don't know what happened to my pc. You don't care at all about customers! Disgusting customer service.

The sales man was great.

We paid for our samsung washing machine to be delivered and installed.

One month later we have moved it as we are having new flooring fitted and have discovered that the hoses are kinked and damaged.

Spoke to samsung who told us to speak to currys pc world which we did.

Customer services advised us that we had moved it causing the damage and that they would not assist us and advised us to contact the store at cribbs causeway.

Hopefully the customer services employee will give me this weeks winning lottery numbers as he obviously has great powers to see into the past and future

Rubbish after service...I have had 3 very expensive dishwashers delivered...all damaged...still waiting for number 3 to be collected so I can get my money back...for some reason they don't understand that people work...give a time slot and keep to it...and try and make your customer after sales service more user friendly....I will never buy from Curry's again...

Really disappointed with curries I was jus sold a package was told i will get an internal wall install with this package ended up with a usb a DVD I can't use the wall bracket I was wishing to purchase and now I have been told it's an external wall fit .. Really frustrated as I have taken time off work to now have no tv fitted and no joy with the store getting back to me .. would not use the service again.. I was clear on what I wanted was told that's what I was getting and now left disappointed and no one to explain who is taking responsibility for this!!!!

Purchased an Asus t100chi end of October. Faulty, issues with charging from the beginning, turning on and off, freezing, died on 13th of January.

Been told shipping costs woild have been 30£ comes out that is 45£ and that I damaged the laptop.

Useless employee made jokes on the fact that I am not able to use a computer and that was for sure my fault it was not working.

Can it be consider fraud?

By the way no one reply from customer service, after various attempt and many emails I realized that is a company that is very fishy.

Ordered a dishwasher to be delivered installed and old one taken away. Given a date for delivery 7th March. Decided to phone them myself as l hadn't heard from them only to be told we don't install or take away old machine. Absolutely disgusting service and will NOT be purchasing from this company ever again. Quick enough to take ur money but have to wait 3-5 working days to get refunded. Stuff it where Sun don't shine.

Ordered a charger for my iPhone 5 online to pick up in store...went in to get it...waited 20 minutes for her to come back saying they didn't have it in stock. Was asked several times if someone from the store called me to tell me they didn't have it. No they didn't, if they did I wouldn't be in the store asking where my order is would I?! Absolute idiots. Didn't even apologize for wasting my time

One star? Why isnt there a zero stsr option. Bloody useless company. Booked for a tv installation and didn't even bother to turn up this Tuesday and we have paid £125. Sent two emails to rearrange and no reply. How can thru get away with such poor customer service. Oh and I spent over 2 hours phoning them too

Never use this service!!!!! I am waiting for the third day for the delivery, the first day they didn't even bother to show up, then rescheduled me without telling me and were surprised nobody opened at 7am on a Sunday (!!!!!) and now they scheduled me as the last delivery of the day rather than in the morning as I specifically requested. This is an unacceptable service, I have never experienced such poor quality!!!!!! Again don't use Currys, it will drive you crazy! And the fact that nobody even bothered to reply to the earlier comments about terrible service already says everything!

My elderly neighbour bought a washing machine from yourselves but can't open the door as it's too stiff. She's has been into your store and talked down to the point were she has been really upset. Nobody will help her and they refused to give her back her old machine back. She's been unable to use the machine for months, been laughed at and ignored by your staff and now they are asking her to renew the after care. Absolute cheek! How do we go about getting this sorted?

I'm very happy that my 5 years old niece doesn't care about delivery dates although she could be staggered with calling someone from the (pc world / currys) customer service as they are speaking her language.. Her birthday present is 3 days late now. Well.. I don't care as she.. But someone might. PC WORLD / CURRYS and Royal Mail does not work.

I just visited the Curry's PC store in Westfield Mall in Stratford. I wanted to buy a laptop as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. That didn't happen :( First of all I was stopped by a guy working for Carphone Warehouse which was trying to convince me to get a free phone on a £ 35.50/month 2 year contract. Last time I checked that it's more then 800£ so, not free. After that I wanted to buy a laptop that was around 550£. The employee from the store told me that he can only sell it to me if I pay an extra £45.00 for a hidden partition that contains the recovery software. After that I wanted to buy another laptop that was £ 480.00. The second person who came to help me told me that he cannot sell me this computer. After I said that I want to talk with the manager this guy said that he was the supervisor and that if I want he can either sell me the laptop on display or another laptop that a previous costumer returned.

This was probably the last time I visited your shop.



Curry's PC, thank you for ruining my wedding anniversary.

I have never in my life come across such poor customer service. I will never buy anything from Currys again. And do not go anywhere near Knowhow. I have waited over a month for a brand new oven and microwave, both of which were broken on delivery, to be either repaired, replaced or refunded. I have taking 3 days off work waiting for Knowhow to arrive. On all occasions they said they did come and knocked on the door and there was none at the property which is a lie as I was always in. I have spent at least 10 hours on the phone waiting to speak to the most unhelpful people I have ever come across. My previous calls are never recorded so I have to start the explanation from scratch each time. I have lodged 3 official complaints which have never been dealt with. Call centre nightmare. Do not buy anything from Currys if you do not want to have a nervous breakdown...

I bought a computer time ago, and was already broken .

Than i bought a blender and they gave me everything a part from the blades to blend !!

Wtf ?!?

They gave me the blades of another blander of another brand that of course doesn't fit on mine .

They guy also checked every piece and he didn't realised he gave me the wrong one !!

Disappointed.

I am getting crazy!! I am waiting on hold for 2h already!! The fridge arrived yesterday, doesn't work, I tried to call them, to fix it or exchange, they gave a number of a exchange, now they can't exchange, and they put me on hold all they time, I am exactly 1h and 58min.... nothing happened... It's not my fault, the fridge never work, but they have a poor costumer service, they don't care at all. So... I am still waiting, but I don't think this people is competent enough to fix my problem, (I don't think is difficult though...) so... what Can I do?

i’m marco dadda, i purchased an acer aspire switch 10v on the 05/05/2016 at currys pc world in Tottenham court road, london (store no 2805).



On the 25/10/2016 i took my laptop to the store for a repair, it had a problem with the front camera, the staff member released me a paper sayng that the laptop would have been ready on the 1/11/2016.



On The 31/10 i received the call to collect my product, but when i came there they told me that at knowhow they weren’t able to repair my product because it should have been sent to acer, not to them, and they admitted that it was an error of the system ( or of the staff member). So basically my laptop has been out for 6 days for nothing.



My big problem now is that i am moving abroad, so they said to me that they cannot guarantee that the pc would be repaired in time, so the only thing i could do was keep my faulty laptop.







I pay every month almost £5 for the knowhow care plan, i asked if was possible to have a replacement, as i am the one who’s paying for a mistake of the company, but they say that is possible only if the product is away for 28 days ( i didn't find any clue of that on the website).







Honestly i am really disappointed to be left like this with a faulty product.

I tried to write 3 mails to customer service, but the address they gave to me doesn't work.

Had a fridge delivered this evening ,waited all day after paying £20 express delivery,when it was unpacked it has dents on either side ,they have no more in stock until 17th july ,so they arranged for 20% off ,I did accept it as I couldn't be without a fridge until Friday,....let it stand for 3hours to settle after transit,as it says in the instructions,plugged it in ,only to find it's not working,not even the lights inside light up,so im now without a fridge ,not happy at all ,someones getting a call in the morning that's for sure .....

Awful Awful service, my delivery and installation was cancelled on Saturday because crew was sick. Supposed to be redelivered today 1 to 5pm, no show. Have you tried phoning, appalling, 30 mins and still no answer. Will be going down to a store tomorrow to cancel - this was ordered on 22 November so no excuse - and I want compensation for the phone calls and time off work. Will never set foot into Currys again, please anyone reading this go elsewhere. They won't get another penny off of me. Joke. By the way Currys, whats wrong with a phone call, email or text to keep your customers advised, to much like common sense to me. Would not even give them one star.
