Never ordered a takeaway from here only go in in person always been very happy with both the service and what I've ordered

You'd think with all the other takeouts around Stoke d-licious would try a tad harder to retain customers, awful service last time I'll be using them

Please share, Steve works for delicious take away in Newcastle under Lyme, he said he can't pick kids up because of a fungal/bacterial infection what is infectious but still continues to work with food what people got eat plus delivers the food as well !!! So spreading to everyone please share

Maybe you want to think about your customer service techniques before being so rude down the phone to a customer. Sort your shit out. Event better the pizzas burnt.

Absolutely Dire - I ordered a mighty meat pizza and they sent the wrong pizza and then told me I had ordered the wrong pizza - I asked to speak to a manager and was fobbed off being told he was out doing deliveries and that as i ordered this pizza it was pretty much tough - the attitude of the staff was atrocious and after 5 minutes on the phone and telling them I would be returning the pizza for a full refund they reluctantly offered to resend a replacement pizza



DISGUSTED AND WILL NEVER USE THIS TAKEAWAY AGAIN - AND WILL BE TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS TO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
