Another successful Anti-Bullying workshop was carried out on Friday 10th May for a year 7 class, covering topics such as choosing respect, social media and friendships. Anti-bullying ambassadors did an amazing job and the year 7 group contributed very well!

STEMettes were invited to a NHS Taster Day where they discovered a number of careers. They took part in a number of activities, including how to do CPR and use a defribulator, how different sight impairments look and wearing a GERT suit which simulates old age. So impressed by our Debate Mate team working with Save the Children UK to make their voices heard to government. In July we will be going to the Houses of Parliament to talk to MPs directly. https://t.co/MOp26u2ylf https://twitter.com/savechildre…/status /1120945467225862144…

On Wednesday 3rd April, 16 students from the ARP visited Eastbury Manor House to experience life as a Tudor. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
They took part in Tudor dancing, Tudor games such a hoop la or quoits which was a lot of fun. They ran through the walled garden and took a walk through the herb garden. All the students were intrigued to find out what Barking and Dagenham was like 400 years ago.
