We had our wedding and reception here at the weekend. From start to finish it was faultless. James, the wedding planner, was fantastic from the first day we met him. The rest of the staff were also friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. If you want a lovely, stress free wedding in a fantastic setting then Dale Hill is just the best place. Food was also fantastic. Thank you all very much.

We had a Red Letter Day voucher as a gift for Afternoon Tea and went along yesterday. We were greeted by friendly staff and a wonderful variety of delicacies was served, including sandwiches, scones jam and cream, desserts and cake. We also enjoyed a pot of Earl Grey tea. The surroundings are elegant and classical and top quality and our tea was of highest quality too

Very welcoming environment, lovely staff, big car park; amazing bedroom. Bedroom is large, well equipped comfortable and clean. Loved the views and patio door. Food was divine, dinner and breakfast. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice. Will definitely be visiting again.

Nice chatty receptionist on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Great room looking over the golf course. The gym/pool was better than expected. The evening meal was excellent and so was the breakfast and afternoon tea. Will return one day and have another go on the driving range.

Lovely hotel with stunning grounds. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated swimming pool.

Had my daughters wedding reception there, wasn’t able to book a room for the night they were booked up early in advance, staff very friendly service good,

From booking to leaving a great experience , we had the executive suite which had a balcony over looking the golf course , room was huge and a 6ft bed which was so comfy .

Had scones and clotted cream and got drink on arrival .

In the evening we had a delicious 2 course meal in the small dining room as we were the only two eating .

Considering they had 2 separate parties on site we still had a bar mainly too ourselves.

Breakfast was a buffet type lots of choice to choose from some of the food could of been a tad hotter but was still good .

I was going to mark you down just because of the shower the water trickled out so you had too stand against the wall of the shower cubicle to get wet so was unable to wash hair which would of been a problem if I had stayed more than 1 night

You have a fantastic hotel keep up the good work will definitely try and stay again and would recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was lovely as was our room nice and clean. Staff very friendly restaurant was really nice dinner and breakfast was delicious. Pool and sauna good too. I'd stay at this hotel again.

I enjoyed a very relaxing early afternoon Father’s Day 4 ball with my 3 sons. Course is very welcoming with good facilities and a pretty good practice area, £5 for 50 balls.

For higher handicappers it’s a long haul, if you opt for the Woosnam course it’s a little more forgiving, and after 18 holes you’ll certainly know about it. The course is very picturesque with some well thought out holes. In the main a really enjoyable golf course that’s well maintained track and worth a visit.

Stayed here a few times on business as it is near to the plant that I visit. The rooms are very nice, the gym/pool is quite good for a hotel. However, the food provided as room service is very poor, not much choice mostly unhealthy options and never hot.

Massive rooms. Nice and clean. Good breakfast but very little choice for a vegetarian on the menu. With vegetarians being v common nowadays maybe a review of menu is neccessary or lime me you face a week of the same food.

Went here for a Christmas meal, didn't start off well due to hitting my car on their low brick wall that had no reflectors and was not visibly due to an incline and being blinded by the sun and no road markings on where to go. Manager started off quite harsh considering I was shaken up with the shock, but then understood what I was getting at. He gave me his business card and then said they would contribute to damages as was told by many staff that this is a common accident which was obvious due to other people's car headlights around the low wall (Hazzard alart!). Guess what?....the manager is now denying all. After this shock I went to the meal, Well if you like uncooked vegetables and sprouts that you could use a golf balls and eat before you went. You will be fine. If you have booked already then goodluck!

We got married here and have been back several time since, including New Year's Eve with our then 4 year old and parents. After trying for a week to get to speak to someone about Booking New Year 2017 (one email and two telephone calls since last week with no response!), I phoned again today, only to be told no children are allowed this year to the New Year's Eve party. So they descriminate if you have a family! Pretty bad if you ask me! I will never step foot in this place again, they don't deserve the business!
