Join us for an evening showcase of drumming, dance and song by children from Amberliegh music group and help us raise money to support this amazing project. The event is open to everyone and free, but please do bring cash, as we will be shaking the donations buckets to raise as much money as we can! Latto's Pizzas will be served fresh from our wood-fired oven, with 100% of the sales going to fund Amberliegh.

How delighted are we to have Dalston Curve Garden featured in this week's Time Out London as one of 4 'awesome community spaces' Happy to be in the good company of The Ivy House Pub, Hackney's London Bike Kitchen and Deptford Cinema. Hollie Dog is of course the star of our team photo!

How often do we have deep and meaningful conversations about universal topics that matter? Parallel Radio moves beyond social chit-chat, creating a space for meaningful discussion and insight between a diverse group of local people. It is a celebration of the wisdom and experience that each ‘conversationalist’ brings to the table!
Now based at Dalston Curve Garden one Saturday afternoon a month, the show is recorded and broadcast live. It features a core group of regular part...icipants, but is open to all to join in and have their say. Topics covered and broadcast from the Curve Garden so far have been: ‘The Future’, ‘Love and romance’, ‘Change’, “Work’, ‘Beauty” and ‘Aging’.
On Saturday 21 July, the topic is ‘Comfort Zone’ ‘We’re all guilty of getting too comfortable — with our routines, social circles, the status quo. But is it stopping us from growing?’ Everybody is welcome to come and long and add their voice to the discussion!
Each hour long conversation is broadcast live via the online radio platform Spreaker: https://www.spreaker.com/user/parallel-ra dio
You can also listen to the whole archive featuring hours of wisdom.
Everybody is welcome to come along and add their voice to the discussion!

What a place! This has got to be one of my favourite places to go and chill out in London. The staff are really lovely too.

A little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of London.

This small oasis of nature and creativity, is a unique space for everyone to enjoy; in a noisy and dirty part of Hackney. The Curve Garden must be preserved and treasured.

This place is stunning.

This place is heaven on Earth, thank you

This is the place I was looking for since I came to London 5 years ago!

This is such a special place. We stayed at the Premier Inn nearby for 2 nights and just happened to chance on the garden as we were walking back to the hotel. We sat and relaxed with a drink and felt completely chilled. It was hard to believe that we were in a busy street ! We enjoyed it so much that we went back again...twice! Apparently it is under threat of development which would be so sad. It is an oasis of calm and wellbeing.

The trees alone can relax you. Beautiful magical place for everyone. Air wafts by. The staff are just wonderful. Ramps for buggies, all manner of things to marvel at e g gargoyles and written words, other people, oven in use.

User

Love this garden! Such a beautiful oasis with great community events. A jewel in what is otherwise quite a busy and polluted area

User

It's a place for anyone wishing for a free space awys from the busy place of Dlaston. Even the MPs in London need the break...

User

It's a little space in the middle of chaos the place that reminded us of a homely environment. The place my children would feel at home a place to get creative and meet friends along the way.

Here is a place of Arts - Music - An Organic growing patch where families can help and offer their services to help the garden grow.

The Eastern Curve brings people together in a natural way.

Incredible garden, pleasant and beautiful. Children friendly (space to play and toy cars to be used!) they have drinks and hot drinks. Food selection is very limited but what they have is good quality.

User

Have often frequented the gardens with my princesses. Exciting place for them to play and explore whilst I have a deserved tea or coffee ... love the curve garden hope it stays for along time to come. ..

User

Had an absolutely amazing time at dalston curve gardens with a group of year 6 children for our summer programme. The children were able to pick their own herbs and create a pizza. Huge thanks to Marie and her team for organising such a fantastic day. Will definitely be back for drinks with friends!

User

Called in here whilst waiting for my husband and son from the football, I sat among the trees with a glass of wine, lovely place, very serene, what I'd call a hidden gem!

User

A treat, summer or winter. A must-visit with a fantastic team. I could write paragraphs, but don't want to spoil it - step in for yourself.

User

A little haven in Hackney for all ages to meet. An amazing venue to hang out even in the depths of winter with a provided rug, a comfy chair and a warm smile. The days filled wth wonderful events and exhibitions and evenings with cosy lights and a glass of mulled wine listening to the hubbub.

A people pleaser be you 6 or 96 and especially as my daughter has found 16!
