This November, Dandelyan, the World’s Best Bar at Mondrian London at Sea Containers will be launching their latest World Botany Series collaboration with Charles H. The prohibition-era styled speakeasy at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul which pays homage to global cocktail authority and legendary bon vivant Charles H. Baker.
Dandelyan’s popular World Botany Series sees the team welcome bars from around the globe with an aim to merge their different techniques and ingredients to... create a truly unique menu. November’s edition will see the return of our beloved ex-head bartender Lorenzo Antinori and his colleague Noah Kwong who will team up with the award-winning Dandelyan team to give Londoners a snapshot of the South Korean capital’s booming cocktail scene. The multi-sensory menu, comprising of five collaboratively designed Bombay Sapphire cocktails will focus on classics that have been given a Far Eastern edge. These will include the K Pop Colada, that features Korean rice wine Magkolli specially flown over by the Charles H. team, combined with sweet potato powder and coconut cream.

Went for afternoon tea for a friends birthday. Delicious food and cocktails and very friendly staff. Great spot for people watching as well!

The staff was really really friendly and you could see that they enjoyed their work and workplace. The cocktails were delicious and complex my personal favorite was the Rocks off Manhattan a cocktail infused with iorn oxide, that's rust to the common man.

Will definitely come again and again. Oh and the decor and location are superb.

Thank you to the staff and the wonderful service we received ...a delicious afternoon tea, stunning flavours and overall wonderful experience. It was an unrushed afternoon, we were left relaxed, stuffed to the gills and toatally chilled by the experience

Nothing short of the best cocktail bar experience I've ever had, these guys are a cut above. Every movement, every pour and every shake is the most efficient it could possibly be.



Whilst efficiency gets me going, others might like to know:



The ridiculously tasty cocktails are super reasonably priced compared to other bars on Southbank.

The music and vibe in the bar is perfect.

If you sit at the bar you're likely to spend more than you anticipated due to the sheer theatre of watching the guys.

My partner and I visited after so many good reviews by friends. We definitely weren't disappointed: from the welcome at the door, to the beautiful window seat overlooking the river-it was perfect. Alex came over and spent time with us and we got some AMAZING cocktails. I can't recommend it high enough. If you're in London, you NEED to go to Dandelyan.

My favourite cocktail bar. Effortlessly hip, but it’s by no means a victory of style over substance: it really delivers, too.

Lovely decor, super friendly staff, smashing cocktails, terrific toilets, an all round great experience.

Had the boozy afternoon tea which was lovely. The nibbles won't fill you up if you're starving , but they are really tasty and a nice way to punctuate the delicious cocktails.

Recommended.

Loved the cocktails in Dandelyan, especially Pinnacle Point. The staff is very friendly � and interiors is cozy with a breathtaking view of Thames and St. Paul's... undoubtedly best place in London for a perfect romantic date ��

I had the Wyld Tea (Afternoon Tea) at the Dandelyan yesterday. It was sublime, there was the perfect amount of food and the cocktails to match were delicious. The service was excellent and the setting was perfect. Could not fault it! Can't wait to return.

Honestly didn’t know what to expect after being slightly disappointed with some of the other highly acclaimed bars in the area but ended up having the best time there. I even went back a second straight night. The drinks are great and they’re definitely doing some interesting things not seen anywhere else. They got a great team from top to bottom/front to back and I felt that everyone went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. In particular, a special thanks and shout out to Lily, Enrico, Marie, and Ashton for taking good care of me on my trip. The accolades are well deserved and will definitely be back!

Beautiful bar with fantastic service. The cocktail menu was rather out there in many ways but after trying my 6th cocktail and loving every single 1 its clear they have nailed the alcohol combos.

Who would have thought spraying a marshmallow with truffle oil would be so yum.

Nice spot and slick service. Food comes out really quickly and is cooked well. You’re looking at £150 per couple for a selection of mains/starters and a bottle of mid range wine + water. so if you’re not in a hurry and want less street food/mezze style experience then I’d arguably head elsewhere.

I liked that there was a variety of non-alcoholic options as the friend I was meeting doesn’t drink alcohol, a lot of places don’t offer this variety of choice, much like being a vegetarian and going to a restaurant and only having one option to choose from.



No doubt this is a beautiful place and location, however, though I understand cancellations are frustrating, I do find it patronising that after booking online and confirming the booking online that somebody would then also phone me to check in legit. Also, the first bartender kept rushing us to order our drinks then disappeared- didn’t warrant the 12.5% service charge though all other staff were fine.

Wonderful Venue! Staff very friendly indeed! Service extremely slow we had to chase with exception to the water top ups!!Our Area for Two was cramped and there was no selection of cutlery one fork one plate for both sweet and savoury. One waitress forgot us!Plus we were not given our cocktail on arrival. Tea selection limited however the deserts were AMAZING!Would I return for afternoon tea? Possibly no but would return to the bar.

Ok...bartenders are decent chaps, nice location, just ruined by the prentecious and precious vibe...first thing you hear when you enter is you cannot sit down anywhere as everywhere is reserved, (all seats empty) , but if you are feeling massively privaliged, you can sit at the bar to pay £12.50 plus 12.5 percent service charge for the thimble sized cocktail...I see most people love the place, each to their own

After all the hype, my expectations were high. The descriptions of the cocktails promised a lot - they sounded fabulous - but the actual drinks did not really deliver. Please understand, we had some very nice cocktails, but you have to live up to what you promise. And in this case the promise outdid the actual goods that was delivered.
