As from this month there will be a treatment fee for those that book appointments and simply don't show up without any phone call or text.
I'm getting appointments booked and people just not turning up without any notice. This costs me money and time. Your appointment could of gone to someone else plus I have to arrange child care.
I understand things come up in life out of our control. Texting me hours later saying things like " I forgot" or "I couldn't get out of bed" is ...not good enough.
If your running late that's fine just let me know.
If you book a treatment that costs for example £20 and you don't show up I will charge you £20 on your next visit plus the cost of treatment you have on the day.
Apologies if this comes across rude but it's come to the point that I have to put a few rules in place.
