Soft tissue therapy is a clinical and complementary health profession, a manual or hands-on therapy manipulating and moving the body's soft tissue, or the tissues directly involved in moving the skeleton (mainly muscles, tendons and ligaments and also fascia).

Soft tissue therapy can be used to both prevent injury and improve performance - whether this be in day-to-day situations, or in a sporting environment.

Danielle Harris LSSM Dip. MISRM qualified from the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM), with a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Clinical Sport & Remedial Massage Therapy. The school has the highest standards, and the qualification is the highest available in the UK.

Danielle is a full member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM) and has current first aid qualification. The ISRM is on the Sport and Remedial Therapies Council (SRTC) which is recognised by Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) as the lead body in the sector.

Danielle also offers triathlon coaching, multi-skills coaching and swimming teaching, for both juniors and adults. Her qualifications include:
- UKCC /BTF Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Triathlon
- Level 2 Award in Multi-Skills Development In Sport
- STA Level 2 Award in Swimming Teaching
She is a member of the British Triathlon Federation (BTF) and Swimming Teachers Association (STA), and has a current Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC).
