We generally become involved in medium sized businesses (£1m – £25m), but we’re often tempted by a particularly interesting opportunity.

We prefer not to be referred to as a ‘consultants’ – we’re business engineers. It’s not that consultation is a bad thing, but it does seem that the term conjures preconceptions. We’d rather take the time to explain how we’d work with you.

Basically, we demonstrate how you can restructure (e. g. business model & strategies) or re-engineer (process & systems) a business that is stalled or struggling.
