Welcome to SohoŌĆÖs Original David Bowie Musical Walking Tour
Offering a 3-hour guided tour of LondonŌĆÖs unique and dynamic west end. An area rich with rock and roll history and previous stomping ground of the legendary David Bowie, this tour will feature classic Bowie songs performed en rout plus anecdotes and stories from his life, all while you take in the atmospheric sites and sounds of LondonŌĆÖs most exciting district!
Tours run regularly on Fridays from 2pm - 5.00pm. They... will commence outside Oxford Circus Tube Station (Regent Street entrance) at the time detailed on your ticket or at the time of booking.
Your tour guide will be holding a guitar! We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes early.

Bowie Tour London has some very exciting news for you all!
We will be launching a brand new tour in the thrilling district of central London's Soho called 'Soho's Original David Bowie Musical Walking Tour'! ŌÜĪŌÜĪŌÜĪ (ticket link at the bottom)
Similarly to London's Original David Bowie Musical Walking Tour ŌĆō the tour we launched on the 8th January 2017 (on Bowie 70th birthday!), which takes place around the legendary singers hometown of Brixton ŌĆō the new tour will feature classic ...David Bowie songs performed acoustically on route and stories and anecdotes from his life.
All while taking in the lively atmosphere of London's West End ŌĆō an area rich with rock ŌĆśnŌĆÖ roll history! ­¤ÄČ­¤ÄĖ­¤ÄČŌÜĪ
Without giving too much away, here are 4 of the 12 stop-off points on the tour:
- Discover the spot where Marc Bolan and Bowie used to hang out, plotting their rise to fame! - See where David Bowie made four of his best loved albums including the record the that made him a huge star - The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars! - The site of the legendary Marquee Club where 100's of famous musicians, including a young David Robert Jones, made names for themselves. - Stand in the spot where David posed as Ziggy Stardust for the classic album of the same name.
And that's FAR from the whole story - here are just a handful of the many songs included on this tour - 'Five Years', 'Changes', 'Oh You Pretty Things', 'Sorrow'... and many many more!
This tour will of course focus mainly on David BowieŌĆÖs early career, but we will also reveal the many other aspects of Soho's culture that make it so unique, including the old haunts and hangouts of acclaimed musicians of pop, rock, jazz and also giants of literature, film and fashion that have given the area it's exuberant and colourful heritage.

What an amazing tour! Our guide Nick shared his love and knowledge of Bowie with such warmth, wit and talent. For a serious Bowie fan, this is a spiritual experience. However, even those with a only casual interest in Bowie or music would have a fantastic time. Nice background on Brixton as well.

What a lovely time we had with Nick yesterday! The music was excellent, Nick is a great singer and has inspired me to double my guitar practice after hearing his acoustic versions of Bowie's hits. Well worth doing for any Bowie fan visiting London .

We had a wonderful time, last Friday, singing along with our very talented tour guide Nick. Visit Brixton and book this tour, it's an experience you want forget! Afterwords you can drink a Brixton coffee, by some beautiful Bowie art at David's shop (acrossed the mural) and have a snack at the Pop Brixton, before watching a film at the Ritzy. We did all of this and loved every minute of the day!

This was a really engaging and interesting tour. Nick even managed to know a few more facts than my dad, who I would regard as one of the biggest and most knowledgeable Bowie fans out there.

Really talented singer and guitarist too- bought the whole experience alive!

This tour was simply amazing! The day was very cold, perhaps as the day when Bowie came to the world, but Nick was entertaining, charismatic and a good player as well! He met people that knew David Bowie personally so I learned a lot of things about the artist and the mini tour of Brixton was great! Definitely recommended to discover Bowie's life and London in an anusual way. I am a tour guide too, so I can say from a professional point of view that is one of the best things to do in England. ;)

This tour was really AMAZING! Easily one of the best IŌĆÖve been on in England. Nick was entertaining and charismatic. I learned a ton of things about Bowie and it was also a great mini tour of Brixton! Definitely recommended for hard core and casual fans of Bowie.

This tour is fantastic and I cannot recommend it highly enough. ItŌĆÖs very comprehensive, informative and well-researched. ItŌĆÖs extremely reverential and respectful - not tacky or touristy at all. I must be honest - when I booked this, I was slightly skeptical about the musical component of the tour. David Bowie is my guiding force, and I have a low tolerance for people covering his songs. But the second Nick, the guide, played the first note of his first song, I was won over hard. HeŌĆÖs an amazing talent and really captures the feeling of each song perfectly. My Bowie-neutral family loved it as well. Take this tour, you will absolutely love it.

Thank you Nick for the marvellous afternoon. Despite the cold wind and the broken string you kept on entertaining us with your funny stories and beautiful songs. We loved singing along with you ! I'm so glad I did the tour, together with my sister Lesley. Later on, when we're be old (and hopefully a bit wiser ) we will remember this experience and smile at each other. So good, a trip down memory lane! Nick sang a lot of Bowie songs and told and showed us a lot of things regarding Bowies life in Brixton. I highly recomend this walk!!!’┐Į

Nick puts his heart and soul into these tours and is so passionate about Bowie. He has an amazing voice and i'm sure that anyone who attends one of his tours won't be disappointed.

I did this tour back in January and have to say this is a must do for any Bowie Fan , Nick has great knowledge of Brixton and Bowie's connections around the town with some great stories. He interacts with the group on a real personal level and the pace works well as you take in the key locations and you can enjoy the singing , join in or tap your feet. On the tour I also got to meet lots of fans from all over the world and exchanged stories .....it was great day .....

I did the tour two months back when booking an impromptu vacation in London and it was honestly my favorite part of my trip! Nick does a wonderful job and it's a great way to spend an afternoon. Clearly a ton of care went into the planning, research, and execution. Absolutely touched my Bowie loving heart and I could not recommend it enough. Extra points for Katie and their adorable baby joining us!

I came with my husband from Germany and really wanted to do a David Bowie tour and found Nick and his DAVID BOWIE MUSICAL WALKING TOUR in our search. We are happy that we participated and even if our English is not the most perfect, Nick was very nice to us and made sure that we understand everything. He also did not shy away from talking to us with our imperfect English. We are super excited and can anyone who is interested in David Bowie and his life highly recommend this tour !!!

Even though nobody besides me, my sister and my dad registered for the tour, Nick still took us and gave us the tour, which was even nicer since it felt like a private thing ! He knew all about Bowie and showed us great spots and played the songs amazingly. Being from Australia, I had really hoped I would have had the chance to experience another David Bowie tour. Unfortunately these hopes were dashed on 10 January 2016. Fast forward to 15 November 2017, the next best thing to the live concert was this walking tour. Was an absolutely fantastic experience and is highly recommended. The chance to be embedded deep in Bowie territory and history, enjoying the singalongs at each interest point plus the extra info on Brixton itself and it's culture makes this tour a must for Bowie fans. Attended the tour on David's birthday this year and was such a wonderful experience! Have travelled from Glasgow to London every year for the past 5 years to celebrate his life. Went solo to the tour after visiting the mural in Brixton and had such a wonderful time, felt extremely comfortable and it was great to spend some time and have a sing song with other fans (made some great friends!) Nick is really kind and informative and his tunes are top class! I'm bringing my mum with me next time. 10/10 would recommend!’┐Į

As a true lover of David since I was a child I was very skeptical and I feared it was one of the usual soulless tours, but it was very beautiful and exciting. Nick as well as being an excellent and passionate artist and fan is also a great guide in Brixton. A tip: bring a few bills with you! Thanks Nick for making his memory less bitter and sorry if I did not sing with you but as often happens the emotion takes the 'control'.

An amazing your that all Bowie's fans should join once in a lifetime. Nick is an expert of Bowie and Brixton and a brilliant singer as well. Highly recommend.
