David Klein Fitness Description
Exercise should be a prescription not a routine. Every individual requires a different amount.
Finding out how much exercise you need is the key to making continual progress to realising your end goal /s. Too much and you go backwards, too little and you don't move forwards.
I specialise in Strength training prescription for all individuals, 18 - 90 male and female. Strength training is crucial for (1) Body Composition Regulation and Enhancement (2) Bone Mineral Density (3) Prevention of Sarcopenia (muscle loss) (4) Cardiovascular Ability (3) Metabolism Regulation (4) Injury Prevention (5) Injury Rehabilitation (6) Optimal Posture and many many more.

Jogging is NOT great for fat loss. It is an aerobic acitivity just like standing still. They both draw energy from fat stores.BUT at such small rates it's neglible compared to Anaerobic activities. Increase your intensity and decrease your training time for better results.

Not just about the work out but the whole package.
Ok so I hate exercise. Haven't done any in years. David makes my workouts fun and achievable, and he helps with diet and nutrition. I drank 4 redbulls a day. David broke my habit and saves me load of money :)

I love kettlebells
I didn't realise I didn't push myself in the gym until I met David and he taught me how to give 100%! I feel the benefits from each session and following his nutritional advise too, I've really seen the results.
Having not done gym work before, I was apprehensive about what I would be able to do. David's techniques and motivation have enabled me to do things I never thought I could do! A stand-up guy who really takes the time to learn how your body works and what will be best for you. Thanks fella!
Great personal trainer! Excellent results gained with a 30 minutes session a week over the last 5 months through very intense workout; very flexible hours and great diet (meals) guide. Highly recommended!
As a novice to the weight section of the gym, I can’t believe how much progress I have made in just 7 months. The gym is now an active part of my life and I can’t thank David enough for showing and encouraging me to do exercises properly, safely and to the maximum effect for my body. Highly recommend!
