This club is like a holiday at home. The staff are amazing!! Too many to mention, Mary Ricky Athif Meg Chloe and all the lovely staff there you guys make it what it is for your members. That's why so many have been members for over 10 years. Thanks guys for making it so special �������

It’s a family place,quite,the staff are very polite. Breakfast was delicious. I’ll go again

It's great for families. We went to just check out the facilities and ended up joining. Price is a bit steep for a family of 4 but if you use the facilities then it will pay off.



Our kids love going to DL kids club and while they are there we enjoy the gym, classes and badminton.



Kids enjoy the pool while we enjoy the spa.



Kids enjoy the soft play and computer games while we have a cheeky drink.



The staff are always friendly and always accommodate are needs



We are a month into out membership and have not been disappointed.

It's definitely at the higher end when I compare the more elite gyms I've been to. I pay £110 a month & it's worth every penny. Most of the staff are extremely friendly & helpful. The gym has a very relaxed & friendly environment where you can very easily approach the personal trainers for help with just about anything at all or just for a bit of chitchat. To be honest most of the people who come to DL like chatting to strangers anyway so that once again a very friendly atmosphere. The restaurant menu is a bit limited where it lacks variety & has very little to none vegan options apart from 1-2 salads.

I absolutely (((((((((LoVvvvVvvEeeeeee))))))))) the outdoor swimming pool & jacuzzi. I love swimming in the sun & I don't mind swimming in the rain. Then it's like a spa, a really spacious steam room & sauna room. There is a indoor pool for those who cower from the elements outside. Locker rooms are spacious & well equipped, shower rooms are ago. Most of the a classes are very exciting, entertaining & good for the mind/body/soul experience. I would rate my overall experience it 7/10*

I recently had my son birthday party at David Lloyds Club and we had fantastic experience with the venue and friendly staff. The only issue, they had stopped serving Halal food and that is why, we had very limited food options. Otherwise, I'll definitely recommend my friends and family.

Okish gym, low standards. Equipment is extremely dated, no decent personal trainers...



Jacuzzi extremely dirty, mud on the side walls... Don't understand why the staff can not clean it on a daily base (as in empty the water and refill it)



Good size in door pool



Don't use the tennis court, but they do look good with a refurb done few months ago!



The gym was due their equipment refube of new cardo and free weights area, but it seem like it was a April fool!



I would recommend joining Virgin Active in Stockley Park or Northwood

Gym and facilities are decent. The staff are friendly and provide a good atmosphere. The issue I have is that everyday (or every other day) the club runs out of half of the ingredients on the menu. What club runs out of eggs by lunch time most days of the week? And avocados, chicken and bacon? To name a few... a shame because I pay so much a month for all the perks and there's never much to eat in the cafe. The menu is a waste if there's no food to cook... �

Wanted to sign up for David Lloyd Heston, as the gym seemed quite nice and not too crowded.



However, decided to fish around to see what else is available around the area.



Nuffield health (which is a bigger gym) offered no joining fee and free membership until the end of the month.



Then sales department called me to ask if I made up my mind, where I informed them about the offer from NH. They said that no joining fee applies only on Platinum memberships. No thanks I said.



After I got an e-mail from DL saying that they have an offer of no joining fee until the end of the month. Well, I got interested and called DL line. However, they informed me that no joining fee until the end of the month applies for Platinum memberships only.



ARE YOU SERIOUS? It's free anyways, as it is the most expensive option, so why are you trying to mislead people?



I would definitely sing up for this gym if not this "offer", but I truly have no intention to pay £50 for the air, and then so much for my membership.



I hope my review is fair. However, if there is something I misunderstood, I will be happy to delete the review.

I love the facilities they provide which is the only good things i can say about it. yes the staff is very polite beyond compare but COMPLETELY USELESS!!! I introduced my dad and didn't get my amazon gift card and got week after week of excuses and my dad joined on the 28th January and today I wanted to activate my 14 day trial gym card so that my mother can enjoy the facilities but no because one we have to book an appointment (which i was never inform) and also their system is down so they couldn't do anything about it but inform me that i should come back another day to activate it well im sorry but my mother is a very busy woman and have limited free time and the one time she is free "sorry system is down" i swaer because of the staff uselessness both me my husband and father wish to leave this gym! also when i wish to see a manager theres an excuse for that too "their in a meeting" or "their are not available at the moment and they always say the same thing! "please come back tomarrow" the staff say this time an time again which i have done so for god knows how many weeks! i love the facilities but the staff are completely USELESS!!!!
