So I ordered some tyres from dead sailor and there was a problem with them and I called them up and there sorted out some new ones for me and also next next delivery which is really good service I would recommend if you what to get a Bmx part go and order it from them because the Service is so good Thank you Daniel Earith

Ordered a BMX for my son and it was delivered promptly. Unfortunately the box had been damaged in transit and the Jiffy bag containing the tools and free gift weren't enclosed. Contacted the company straight away and they were brilliant; a new pack was sent out straight away. Thankfully the bike was undamaged and the pedals etc were still in the box so the bike could still be put together. Can't praise the company enough as they were extremely helpful and efficient and would recommend them to anyone.

I popped in on Wednesday with my son, very helpful service. We ended up buying a BMX! � I can highly recommend.

I ordered a very rare BMX frame from them. Overseas order, they were very honest about everything and prepared me my order with the care and love that I would give to my bikes. The frame shipped and arrived safely no delays at all.

I had next day on delivery i did order on a weekend so didnt expect it on sunday which is fine. I rang up monday and the guy on the phone was pleasant and very helpful so five stars for that! However parcel force are rubbish its now Tuesday and no package!? No text no information what so ever ive used dead sailor for parts on the past always good quality parts at a competitive price! I think you need to end your contract with parcel force and use a different company as ive had this before with other sites there always late and dont take care of the products they carry! Ps customer service is great employees taking time out there evening to help me find my order! Brilliant company!!
