Laranjada.... is a carbonated orange flavour soft drink that is produced and distributed by the Empresa de Cervejas da Madeira, which is owned by the Pestana Group. Ingredients:... 550g cooked Compal black eyed beans 255g canned Ramirez Tuna drained 1 chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced Chopped parsley q.s. 3 boiled eggs Olive oil q.s. Vinegar q.s. Fine salt q.s. Pepper q.s.
Preparation: In a bowl, combine the Compal black eye bean, onion, garlic and parsley mix it up very well. Add the tuna, season with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Stir everything very well. Place on a platter and spread the sliced ​​eggs to taste over the salad. Refrigerate until cool
Ingredientes: 550g de Compal feijĂŁo frade cozido 255g de Atum Ramirez escorrido 1 cebola picada 2 dentes de alho picados Salsa picada q.b. 3 ovos cozidos Azeite q.b. Vinagre q.b. Sal fino q.b. Pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Numa taça, junte o feijão frade Compal, a cebola, o alho e a salsa. Envolva tudo muito bem. Junte o atum. Tempere com sal, pimenta, azeite e vinagre. Mexa tudo muito bem. Coloque numa travessa e espalhe os ovos cortados a gosto por cima da salada. Leve ao frigorífico atÊ ficar bem fresquinha.
