DENAKEO LTD produces high quality Italian foods. Researching the history of the Ancient Grains of Sicily we rediscovered its fields of wheat, its farmers dedicated to the land and the culture of the good things of the past. This organic agriculture produces extraordinary pasta. The harvested grain is stone-ground and the resulting dough is bronze-drawn.
The colours and flavours of Sicily are as extraordinary as its volcano Etna. We select only fruit in season, cleaned and prepared by hand to preserve its quality. Our only preservative is natural sugar to which we add honey, selected from our best bee-keepers whose bees gather their honey from the orange and lemon groves and the chestnut trees that grow in the highest forests of the volcano.
This authentic tradition results in intensely-flavoured and perfumed jams.
Aromatic and spicy Calabrian chilli pepper mixed with pure Italian pork is used to create an exclusive recipe: “Ndujaba”, a soft, spicy and spreadable salami.
