Wouldn't hesitate to recommend DialAFlight! Fantastic service! This is the second time we have used DialAFlight to help plan a special holiday. First to Dubai, then very recently a trip to Abu Dhabi. In particular Jake Chudasama who came up with great ideas and recommendations for hotels etc. All of which in reality far exceeded expectations. Both times a fantastic deal and holidays of a lifetime.

We used dialaflight for the first time this year on a trip to Hong Kong / Australia & Singapore , we had a fantastic time.

My partner and I went to Dubai recently using DialAFlight and I just want to say a thank you to the lovely Travel Manager who organised it for us. We had an issue with one of our hotel bookings but DialAFlight were able to sort this out whilst we sat in the bar having a drink and everything worked out fine! We had such a great trip and I can't wait to book our next holiday with you guys soon!!

Just returned home from another trip booked via DialAFlight. Fantastic service once again. We changed itinerary mid break, the emergency team were fantastic at organising our flight changes and getting the transfers changed. Must mention Destination Asia are an asset to you DialAFlight, highly recommend them.

I have used Perry Jump for 3 trips now and for the first time in years the trauma of booking flights and car hire back and forth for me in the U.K. and my husband in the USA is no more. He is friendly, efficient and really does everything he can to make sure our trip suits our locations, dates and our budget. Another great trip booked via Dial a flight. Trevor listened to our requirements and proposed excellent hotels in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, having previously done so in USA and Canada as well as elsewhere in Europe. And also got us a great deal on flights. Our previous experience with a different travel coordinator before Trevor (I can't remember his name) was equally good. Keep up the good work.

Alan has guided and managed my flights to and from Australia 3 times now,and I could ask for no better service. He has made me feel that I was his only customer,and as a "senior citizen " that means a great deal.

We have been really badly let down twice by Dial a flight in London. When my partner had two major strokes in India and we needed to reschedule flights, we got no help at al. I was told no money could be refunded on my hotel booking which I due to fly onto but had to cancel and no flights available except v. expensive ones with long stopovers in Dubai, and no refund on our tickets. When I queried all of this the rep told me I shouldn't worry, insurance would cover it. Our insurance was invalidated due to prior medical problem. Thank God for Jet Airways who refunded one air ticket and the hotel who refunded all except on night because I contacted these people myself AND we had plenty of flight options.

Very poor service from Dial a Flight we were given wrong information from them and ended up at Abu Dhabi airport for 16 hours because they do not give visa of arrival which my wife required. Dial A Flight knew exactly what passport my wife had and told me it would not be a problem. To this date I have not had a single penny back from them. I was told they would provide me a discounted price on another flight in the future we had confirmed the dates and they are now saying no booking has been made. I have left various messages on different days no one has got back to me. No reply to my previous email. Mr Supriya Misra

My partner and I had to cancel our holiday due to his admission to hospital for major surgery and 2 further admissions for serious infections. Dial a flight have not had to pay for the hotel we booked, but so far have refused to refund any of it to us. The manager I spoke to likened my situation to 'buying a product in a shop and changing my mind'!!!! Very insensitive. We were asked to email customer services, so that our situation could be looked at 'compassionately'I did this on Sunday. No response so far. Shame as until this I recommended dial a flight to many people, this has really put me off.

Just had a disappointing experience with Dial-a-Flight...

We booked a return flight from the UK to Australia and was told that there would be a £16 credit card fee so we asked if we could do a bank transfer instead. We received an email quote with the bank details and reference number and immediately arranged an international transfer from our Australian account at a cost of $20AUD. Less than an hour after transferring the money we received a call from Dial-a-Flight advising that they couldn't guarantee the flight cost and would need to reconfirm the cost when they had received the money.

We did some research and found the flights a lot cheaper with Qantas (and figured we wouldn't be charged a credit card fee) so we phoned Dial-a-Flight to cancel the booking. To their credit, they matched the Qantas price, however they claimed that they hadn't received our money so we paid again via credit card at an additional cost of £16 (we were saving more than this in the ticket price) and they we to refund our first payment when they received the money.

After waiting patiently for nearly 2 weeks our refund had still not arrived so I emailed Dial-a-Flight a copy of our bank transfer, they immediately found the money which had been received the same day we made the second payment. They claimed it was our fault as the bank account name did not match the booking name and also the amount received was short due to their bank charging £15 to receive the money! The booking reference number and booking name was clearing quoted in the bank transfer.

We have now received our refund (minus their bank charges) from Dial-a-Flight but the whole experience has cost us a lot more than we would have saved..

$20 AUD to transfer the funds from our account

£16 to pay again by credit card (Do they charge everyone this?)

£15 which was Dial-a-Flight's bank charge

$143 AUD in currency exchange on the refund

Needless to say...that was the last time that we will use Dial-a-Flight!

I will never again be booking my holiday through DailAflight. Booked a holiday to Vegas and on to Miami through Barry. The service we had was terrible, we had to keep phoning to check everything was up to date and going ahead as planned. The week before final payment was due they told us we owed an additional £200 on top of the £2924 we had already payed. They couldn't explain what the additional £200 was for. After arguments over the phone they finally realised we didn't actually owe the £200 they claimed.

We were holidaying in a group, we had booked the lounge at Gatwick airport prior to leaving. Whilst checking into the lounge a couple from our group were missing from the named list. We had to argue our way in!

Once in Vegas there was a problem checking into Caesars Palace. A couple in our group once again weren't on the list and had to again argue their way into the hotel. After that the hotel stay was great.

Heading off to Miami from Vegas 4 days later, checking our luggage in we were told we had to pay an additional $25 each to get our bags flown across. Something which had never been mentioned to any of us while booking our holiday. Also something you would expect you've already paid for when booking.

Once in Miami booking into the hotel wasn't a problem, however my partner and I had breakfast vouchers for each morning at the hotel. When the couple traveling with us didn't receive these vouchers we questioned it and were told they were not booked for breakfast! Strange as we booked together.

The next 5 days in Miami were amazing, until it came to the morning of check out. A paper had been passed under the hotel room door stating final payments for the minibar, room service etc. however the couple we had traveled with had additional room supplements, taxes etc added amounting to $160 that they had to pay on checkout. When DialAFlight was phoned from Miami about this matter, we were told that "surly we would have mentioned it when booking"! Obviously it was not mentioned as it wouldn't have come as a surprise! DialAFlight where going to check the problem and phone straight back, but there was no phone call so we had to again phone them. When questioned about the baggage cost, we were told is stated on the confirmation email. It says nothing of the sort! Also when questioned about the breakfast vouchers, at first the couple were told by DialAFlight they weren't entitled, but on a superseding phone call from DialAFlight they were then told that actually they should have had breakfast vouchers on day one. A little late on checkout!!!! All in all very poor management and we shall not be putting our trust into such a poorly managed organisation with terrible customer service
