Diamond and dumbells class times are now Sundays 1pm-2pm. If you want to dance your way fit then come along to this all inclusive women's only fun and dynamic dance aerobic class. Open to all women any age, size or capability. Exciting promotions and offers coming up so keep your eyes peeled and like and share this status to be the first to hear about them 😉💪
