Produced farm-to-bottle from the banks of Lough Erne, Double Gin from The Boatyard Distillery uses 8 different botanicals and a unique ‘double-contact’ filtration method, resulting in a much more pronounced juniper flavour. This is a seriously special sip, and a new addition to our Irish G&T menu, partnered with lemon and blueberry.

Fourth Marquess, the botanical brainchild of Gregory Buda of Dead Rabbit NYC, and Richard Ryan’s Richard Ryan, featuring Tanqueray 10, Barbadillo Fino, St. Germain, green tea and lemongrass. Herbaceous and heavenly.

Paddy on patrol, bringing some of his dapperness to Dickie’s.

Mother’s Day is less than a week away, so why not treat mum to a drink that celebrates strong women. Our Blushing Rosie is named after the gaiety girl turned Marchioness of Headfort, Rosie Boote, a woman who challenged all social preconceptions of early 20th Century Ireland. If you want to find out more about her fascinating past, head to the Virginia Park Lodge website. This sippable tribute features some of the season’s finest forced rhubarb, as well as Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequila, Absinthe and citric acid.

This Sunday we’re resting and reflecting, especially on what a cracking St. Paddy’s we had last weekend!

User

Spring may be in the air, but we’re still sipping on a ‘Hunting in Pears’. A warming tonic, featuring County Cavan pear juice, Redbreast Whiskey 12yr, star anise, cinnamon, lemon and bitters. Guaranteed to banish the last of the breeze.

User

Congratulations, you made it to the weekend! To celebrate we’ve got a new list of gin and tonics, featuring some of the finest Irish gins around. For example, Dingle Gin goes through a painstaking process of foraging, finding only the best botanicals to flavour their spirits, ensuring the Irish landscape really shines through, and we can confirm it’s completely delicious too!

Dickie's homemade nuts, Cajun-spiced, with cumin, pineapple and cranberry. The perfect nibble to have alongside your tipple.

We are open, and ready to wet your Wednesday whistle!

User

It was certainly a St. Patrick’s weekend to remember this year, all kicked-off by our annual breakfast, where we concocted our exclusive Irish cocktails, and poured more than a few pints of Guinness. Sláinte to all who came to celebrate!

User

Mother's day isn't long away, so why not treat mum to a fruity flute of bellini, with homemade peach pureé courtesy of Virginia Park Lodge's plumpest Prunus produce.

User

Happy St. Patrick's Day! We're saying Sláinte today with some exclusive Irish-themed sippable. First one's up, and it's a Four Leaf Clover Club, with Redbreast Whiskey 12yr, vermouth, raspberry and lemon.

User

St. Paddy's weekend is upon us, and we're starting ours with a proper Irish Coffee (or three)! Who's joining us? Don't forget we will be showing the Six Nations too!

User

Green Dreams, helping us get in the spirit of St. Paddy's, with Green Spot Whiskeys, Killahora Orchards POM'O Apple Port, green tea, citrus sherbet and lime.

User

Oysters, freshly-caught off the coast of Carlingford, and washed down with a martini. The perfect bar snack, especially if you’re a seafood purist.

User

St. Paddy's is just a few days away, but we're already celebrating with some new and exclusive sips! How about a Four Leaf Clover Club? An Irish take on a classic featuring Redbreast Whiskey 12yr, vermouth, raspberry and lemon.

User

The Fourth Marquess, a fusion of floral flavours featuring Tanqueray 10, Barbadillo Fino, St. Germain, green tea and lemongrass. Delicate, and utterly delicious.

User

Our Educated Boote, a herbal highball full of County Cavan loot! Beefeater Gin, Green Chartreuse, almond, pear, saffron, soda, and nutmeg.

User

If a meander through Mayfair has you longing for a pick-me-up, we can provide a little bit of sippable sustenance, and perhaps a few light bites.
