UPDATE:

I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars because I contacted them, as advised on the comments below, & although they had no idea what happened before, they were very nice & willing to help me put my new order in. So this new order is not yet completed but it seems like it’s a success. Thank you, everyone that got involved �

I contacted them abt a refill & never heard back, despite writing 5 more emails to ask 4 a confirmation that they are going to process my order.



It’s been over a month since & still haven’t heard back.
