Really cool atmosphere and great facilities at the new location. The gym has a good selection of freeweights and machines at the entrance, it has a huge mat space for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, it has an area at the back for Boxing / Muay Thai and the changing rooms are well maintained with showers available too.
Nice gym. Great friendly organised staff. Thanks for having us at your interclub. Everyone had fun
Great muay thai session today with Christian Meramo,having a strong kickboxing background there were more than few things i had to fix,he was very patient and a very down-to-earth person,will definitely come back for more!

Always a pleasure, Top notch team, can never go wrong with these lads in your corner. A Gym with no Egos, rare to find in this world. 10/10
A gym with no egos! If you are completely new to any form of martial arts and have a interest in training and learning from scratch. You could not go to a more welcoming gym.
Everyone is willing to speak and share time on techniques! And the skill level ranges from beginner up to elite.
Well and truly worth a visit!
